The 3rd INTERNATIONAL QUECHUA FILM FESTIVAL "CINEAYLLU" 2025, the only one of its kind in Peru and South America, is entirely dedicated to promoting Peruvian cinema in the native Quechua language.

The festival is organized by the Ñawi Films Production Company and the CINE AYLLU Cultural Association.

Registration rules for participation in the 3rd INTERNATIONAL QUECHUA FILM FESTIVAL "CINEAYLLU" 2025

1. GENERAL OBJECTIVES

 Create a cinematic space with a cultural identity.

 Promote and disseminate film productions made in our Quechua language and culture, providing visibility for filmmakers, actors, and technicians working in this field.

 Increase the number of Quechua speakers with a sense of culture and identity.

 Carry out traveling community film screenings in Quechua-speaking communities for children, adolescents and adults from indigenous communities.

1. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION.

1.1 The person responsible for the film and/or audiovisual works must be over 18 years of age in all categories.

1.2 Film and audiovisual works whose producers and/or directors accept the rules stipulated in the rules and complete the online registration form are eligible to participate.

2.- CINEMATOGRAPHIC AND/OR AUDIOVISUAL WORK REQUIREMENTS

2.1 All cinematographic and/or audiovisual works must have the following projection format: MP4 (H264 codec). Resolution: 1920 x 1080 or higher.

2.2 Cinematographic and/or audiovisual works must have been produced between 2022 and 2025.

3.- language

3.1 Cinematographic and/or audiovisual works may be 100% or 50% in Quechua and 50% in any other language and must have Spanish subtitles.
