The 55th Annual WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival continues its totally dedicated Independent Film screening format for the upcoming April 20-24, 2022 unspooling. WorldFest will screen just 60-80 feature film premieres and over 130 Shorts with a total and absolute emphasis on the American and International Independent feature film and a continuing annual spotlight on award-winning short films and documentary films. Entries Officially Open Aug. 15, 2021. The EarlyBird Entry Deadline is Nov. 15th 2021 – A Mail-By/Enter By/Ship-By Deadline! Entries do not have to arrive by this deadline. The Main Entry Deadline is December 15, 2021. The Late Entry Deadline is Jan 15th 2022!

Mostra Dr. Mabuse è un festival internazionale di cortometraggi che si svolge a Barcellona per tre giorni. È concepito come un festival aperto sia a nuovi artisti che a quelli esperti. Una giuria composta da professionisti del mondo dell'audiovisivo, insegnanti e studenti di festival cinematografici e altri collaboratori effettua la selezione dei film da proiettare nelle tre sessioni programmate durante il mese di giugno a Barcellona. Il progetto è stato avviato venti anni fa e sta crescendo e moltiplicando il numero di film proiettati e registrati, avendo ricevuto opere di registi importanti come JA Bayona, Nacho Vigalondo, Mateo Gil o Kike Maillo. Leonid Khromov International Film Festival (LKIFF) è stata fondata nel 2020 dal produttore e imprenditore Leonid Khromov. LKIFF è una piattaforma indipendente per il cinema internazionale, dove principianti e registi esperti brillanti e ambiziosi possono presentare i loro film alla comunità internazionale.

Since its inception in 2006 ÉCU has forged a path for independent film and the scope of its presence has grown to a global scale with the festival often being referenced as the European equivalent of Sundance, an honour that we don’t take lightly.
Spring is not only a fabulous time for Paris but an exciting time for ÉCU because that is when we showcase roughly around 100 of the World’s very best independent films. Although ÉCU emphasises European talent, it also recognises the genius of international filmmakers with several categories allocated to non-European films.
The next ÉCU, the 19th edition, will take place on the 19th, 20th and 21st of April, 2024 in Paris, France.
ÉCU isn’t just all about screening an amazing slate of films over its three-day event in Paris in April. There are also professional workshops led by experts in the industry, Q&A’s held with the attending filmmakers after every screening session and a chance to network with fellow filmmakers, producers, agents, industry representatives, prospective film buyers and, of course, the cinema-loving public. At ÉCU, there is a continual dialogue celebrating and critiquing the world’s best indie cinema of today.
Though ÉCU’s main event IS the three-day festival in Paris each spring, there is even more! Thanks to our over 50 partner festivals, partner organizations, film centres and film commissions, ÉCU’s goes on an annual world tour called ÉCU-On-The-Road, which gives award-winning films (as well as many of the Official Selection films) the opportunity to have their films screened to a broader, global audience. ORGANIZZATORE DI FESTIVAL
Il festival è organizzato dalla Casa Editrice Vyatkin. Pubblichiamo libri in regalo d'autore e rilegature fatte a mano in pelle, realizziamo documentari, filmati corti e video di presentazione. La casa editrice è membro permanente di mostre, festival e forum internazionali e russi. La casa editrice partecipa inoltre all'organizzazione di eventi di beneficenza, seminari psicologici e tematici, incontri con autori, registi e attori.
PRINCIPI DI BASE DEL FESTIVAL
Il nostro festival seleziona film basati sul principio del duello, come nello sport. I film devono passare attraverso diverse tappe: la selezione ufficiale, la semifinale e la finale. La finale si svolge sotto forma di battaglia-duello, che viene valutato proprio nella sala dai registi, dal pubblico e dalla stampa.
L'obiettivo del festival è quello di incoraggiare i giovani registi a fare nuovi film, ad apprezzare la loro creatività e ad introdurre i registi alla cultura e alla vita del mondo. Accettiamo film di ogni genere provenienti da tutto il mondo e diamo ai nuovi registi l'opportunità di valutare i loro film e competere con altri registi famosi. Si tratta di film realizzati con il cuore e per persone di tutti i generi che negano aggressioni e guerre.
Ogni film che passa la selezione ufficiale riceverà allori. E alla fine del festival, naturalmente, un buffet e un servizio fotografico.
