There´ll be fourty (40) films, distributed in a way that five (5) filmes figure in each of the eight (8) groups. The ways films will figure in the brackets takes in consideration the order of submission, the contry of origin of the film and its lenght.
The festival will be celebrated during five (5) days, beeing that four (4) of these days will be the eliminatory phase, figuring two(2) groups per day. The winner of each group will figure in a final bracket at the fifth day in order to decide the winners.

Serán seleccionadas cuarenta (40) películas, distribuidas de forma que serán cinco (5) cortos distribuidos en ocho (8) grupos. El sorteo de los films dentro de los grupos tendrá como consideración el orden de inscripción, duración y el país de origen.
Con el fin de abarcar la mayor cantidad de países posibles en la competencia y que se genere una justa representación de cada país, seleccionaremos tres (3) películas por país, estando a cargo los curadores de elegir los representantes de cada país.
El festival se llevará a cabo durante cinco (5) días, siendo cuatro (4) de esos días de carácter eliminatorio, donde cada día contará con una sesión de dos (2) grupos. El vencedor de cada grupo será exhibido el último día de competición a fin de decidir el gran campeón.
