The first edition of the NOVMA FILM FESTIVAL took place on october 2012.
The Green-Go International Short Film Contest aims to gather environmentally and socially conscious youngsters to organize the contest and the festival on one hand, and on the other hand, to inspire youngsters to creatively express their ideas in a
short film format. With the shorts, we aim to raise awareness on environmental and social problems at global, European and national level. With Green-Go festival, we wish to create the basis of a sustainable green film event that activates both youngsters and the civil society, attracts interested people and stakeholders and generates dialogues within the whole society about key eco-social questions.
Within the film contest, we accept shorts in three categories to reflect on European awareness, global environmental and social problems and the connection between biodiversity and society.
The Green-Go Short Film Contest is generously supported by the European Commission.
This year we are awaiting short films (and Testimonies!) in the following three categories:
1. Build green, live green (Green infraestructure)
2. The last day on Earth? (Earth's overshoot day)
3. Your Europe in 2050 (EU budget)
Show a human face on the issues of immigration, and immigrant workers' rights through the exhibition of films/videos that document the lives of immigrants, and exiles, the facts that motivate people to migrate, and the problems most people face in the process to migrate to other country.

Das 16. Internationale Kurzfilmfestival der Cuenca del Salado findet vom 6. bis 12. Oktober 2025 in Rauch (Argentinien) statt.
Das Festival wird von der Bürgervereinigung „Cineclub El Gabinete“ von Rauch organisiert, mit Unterstützung der Kulturdirektion der Gemeinde Rauch und des Kulturinstituts Buenos Aires sowie mit Unterstützung der Kunstfakultät von UNICEN (Nationale Universität des Zentrums der Provinz Buenos Aires).

FRAME Film Festival es un festival de cortometrajes itinerante, sin una única ubicación, que se celebrará en la provincia de Tarragona.
El FRAME Film Festival consta de dos fases.
• FASE CLASIFICATORIA
• FASE FINAL
El objetivo principal es difundir y promover la cinematografía en general y el cortometraje en particular, apoyando a las directoras y los directores de cortometrajes y creando un espacio donde puedan dar a conocer sus trabajos.
Pero sobre todo trabajamos porque las y los cineastas se sientan acogidos y vivan la experiencia de visitarnos cómo si estuvieran en familia. LA GRAN FAMILIA DEL CORTOMETRAJE!
Otro motivo es ampliar la oferta de acontecimientos culturales para hacer llegar el cortometraje a a poblaciones que no tengan la oportunidad de disfrutar de nuestro cine en formato CORTO.
En el FRAME Film Festival queremos darle al público que sigue y disfruta los cortometrajes, la oportunidad de decidir sobre la selección de las películas que pasarán a la FASE FINAL para recibir los premios TALENTO FRAME.
The registration of a film in the competition selection process of the festival indicates the full acceptance of these bases. The organization of the Festival will resolve in an unappealable manner with respect to any matter included in this regulation or its interpretation. The sender of the film authorizes FEDOCHI to select some sequences not exceeding three minutes that can be broadcast by TV, within the framework of programs and spots that disseminate the festival.
The 14th version of the Documentary Film Festival of Chiloe will take place between November 5 and 10, 2018.
Die Ziele von TRIFI Film Festival sind:
- Förderung und Förderung zukünftiger Künstler und Handwerker in den Künsten, Medien und Technologien des Filmschaffens.
- das Bewusstsein der Öffentlichkeit und die Wertschätzung von Filmbildern als Kunstform zu fördern und

Das SITGES - International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia ist ein spezialisiertes, wettbewerbsorientiertes Fantasy-Genrefestival, das den von der FIAPF (International Federation of Film Producers Associations) festgelegten Vorschriften entspricht. Dallas Videofest ist die große Veranstaltung, die von der Video Association of Dallas präsentiert wird, die sich der Förderung des Verständnisses von Video als kreatives Medium und kultureller Kraft in unserer Gesellschaft widmet, und der Unterstützung und Förderung der Arbeit von texanischen Künstlern, die in Video und der elektronischen Kunst arbeiten. Die 15. Ausgabe wird eine nicht wettbewerbsorientierte Ausstellung beinhalten, die sich der LGBT+-Videokunst widmet, sowie parallele Ausstellungen kooperierender Festivals.
Festival, das 2009 vom Regionalrat Charkiw gegründet wurde.
Die Festivalmission besteht darin, Kinder-/Jugendstudios und -clubs zu finden und zu unterstützen, die sich mit Kino- und Fernsehkreativität beschäftigen, talentierte Kinder; Entwicklung des Kinder-/Jugendkinos und Fernsehens in der Ukraine.
Die Festivalziele sind:
— Aufbau und Entwicklung von Kontakten zwischen Kinder-/Jugendstudios, Erfahrungsaustausch und weitere berufliche Weiterentwicklung der Teilnehmer;
— Kommunikation interessanter, herausragender Arbeiten und Projekte aus verschiedenen Ländern an die breite Öffentlichkeit, Präsentation der besten globalen Praktiken in der Entwicklung der Kinder-/Jugendkino- und Fernsehindustrie;
— die Einrichtung von Kreativ- und Kommunikationsplattformen, um Erfahrungen auszutauschen und neue Projekte während des Festivals und zwischen den Festivalzeiten zu präsentieren;
— kreative persönliche Entwicklung, Erziehung moralischer Werte und sozialer Aktivismus;
— die Aufmerksamkeit von Regierungs-, Nichtregierungsorganisationen und Handelsunternehmen auf die Fragen der Entwicklung der Kreativität von Kindern und Jugendkindern, auf die Prozesse der Persönlichkeitsbildung durch den Empfang von Informationen, die von elektronischen Massenmedien ausgestrahlt werden, auf die Bedürfnisse von Kinder-/Jugend-Kreativclubs aufmerksam zu machen, die Entwicklung talentierter Kinder und ihre Zukunft.
Das Festival findet unter Kinder-/Jugendfernsehen, Animations-, Kino- und Radiostudios, Clubs, Gruppen und Einzelautoren, Fernseh- und Radiosendern sowie kreativen Produktionseinheiten, Regisseuren und Produzentenzentren statt, die Programme und Filme für Kinder und Jugendliche produzieren.

Film Front moves frontiers: open call for motion graphics exhibition
Film Front, international short film festival, due to be held from 25th to 28th October in the cultural centre of Novi Sad, has decided to include motion graphics exhibition in this year’s festival’s program. Artists can submit their animations, presentations, animated GIFs, animated elements and other pieces that belong to the category of motion graphics.
Even though motion graphics are rather a fine arts category, they are tightly connected to the moving images art. That is why Film Fronts wants to honour these artworks that more than often do not find their way to the film festivals, but whose aesthetic value overcomes their usually determined functional purpose.
NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) is a non-profit organization designed to showcase innovative works by emerging filmmakers from around the world, providing the Los Angeles community of entertainment professionals and film goers with a constant surge of monthly screening events. Going Underground 2014 - Das 12. Internationale U-Bahn Film Festival Berlin und Seoul September 7– 22 2015
Vom 25. September bis zum 9. Oktober 2014 veranstalten das Berliner Fenster und Seoul Metro in Kooperation mit SESIFF (Seoul) das zwölfte Internationale Kurzfilmfestival für 'Ultra Shorts' in den Berliner und Seouler U-Bahnen. Auf über 6100 Monitoren in U-Bahnen werden zwei Wochen lang 26 internationale Kurzfilme gezeigt. Die Fahrgäste – täglich 2,7 Millionen Menschen – haben als Jury die Möglichkeit, ihren Lieblingsfilm zu wählen.
