Great Message International Film Festival

We really wish to share international thinking which is developed in the form of films with the society and the young generation of humanity.

Every human being is a message in himself or herself, we just have to channelize & nurture that message into a great one. Filmmakers from all across the globe are respectfully welcome to share and submit your great films into the GMIFF.

Listed on IMDB:
https://www.imdb.com/event/ev0005053

We understand that you understand the realm of understanding and so you have created your wonderful films with your conscious understanding.

Showcasing Greatness through Audio-Visual
Through vantage point we see that entertainment is just the medium to share realm of life with film lovers. If we penetrate the meaning of life sometime we feel that there is no such meaning or purpose to life, yes! Sometime, but we must have to give a great meaning or purpose to life to create great message for whole humanity or for our next generation.

We are really very small people; please understand what we want to say. But the task or mission which we want to empower is very big. One can understand it by the example of river. The beginning or origin of every river is so small but her consistency with selflessness leads her towards more hugeness.

Most Welcome!
Dear human beings, being human it is good if we transform each moment into humane one.

We really admire your passion and enthusiasm as a filmmaker so with humbleness we invite filmmakers from all across the globe to share your great films into Great Message International Film Festival - GMIFF.

Bordeaux, France

The Latin American Film Festival of Bordeaux, France, was born in 1983, aiming at promoting quality films not or little broadcasted in France.

It started at a time when Latin American Cinema was completely missing in French movie theaters. For some years now, we are glad to witness that Latin American Film production has greatly grown and entered distribution channels in Europe. However, our mission does not end, as Latin American films are still not present enough and the richness they offer makes us believe, every year, that our Festival has still a great mission to accomplish.

The Latin American Film Festival of Bordeaux, since it was created, has gathered more than 65.000 people, of all ages, rushing to meet our more than 2.500 professionals invited throughout our history (directors, producers, technicians, lecturers...), to attend to more than 100 concerts, art exhibitions, workshops... and to participate to more than 300 meetings and conferences, and unforgettable moments.

Send your short film before October, 10th to Slamdance Film Festival: Oscar® qualifier with $25000 in cash awards

It all began when a group of cheerful, subversive filmmakers were rejected by the Sundance Film Festival. Unwilling to take “no” for an answer, they started their own event instead: the Slamdance Film Festival. 25 years later, Slamdance has become a year-round organization fostering the development of unique and innovative filmmakers. The organization now consists of the Film Festival, Screenplay Competition, and Slamdance Studios.

True to its mantra "By Filmmakers, For Filmmakers", Slamdance is a showcase for raw and innovative filmmaking. Filmmakers who first showed their work at the festival are now amongst the biggest names in the entertainment industry. Alumni who have shown their early short films and debut features at Slamdance include Rian Johnson (Star Wars: The Last Jedi), Ari Aster (Midsommar), Gina Prince-Bythewood (Love and Basketball), The Russo Brothers (Avengers: Endgame), Jon M. Chu (Locos, ricos y asiáticos), Lena Dunham (Girls), and Lynn Shelton (Sword of Trust).

Slamdance offers an intimate community experience in which audience members, filmmakers, festival programmers and industry professionals all mingle in the same hallways and sit side by side in screening rooms to discover the next generation of cinema talent.

Oscar® qualifier in the short film category: The winners of the Jury Awards for Narrative Short and Animation Short will be taken into consideration for the Hollywood Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Science's awards®.

Plus, Slamdance GIVES AWAY $25000 in prizes. Think about it no more and send your short film now!
