CINÉXICO, el Festival de Cine de Loreto, presenta películas de México. Amantes del cine disfrutarán de la cultura Méxicana en la pantalla entre las bellezas naturales de Baja California Sur. Rodeado de sus islas virgenes y de la vibrante vida marina del Mar de Cortés, Loreto, el primero asentamiento fundado en la peninsula de Baja, es verdaderamente un “Pueblo Mágico.” El Festival de Cine de Loreto dará a los cineastas un ámbito incomparable en el cual mostrarán sus filmes que celebran el ambiente, natural o urbano, donde las experiencias humanas convergen.
El Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes Shorty Week tiene como objetivos:
- Promover el cortometraje como medio de expresión, y por lo tanto, parte de nuestra cultura.
- Dar oportunidad a la difusión de los trabajos de nuevos talentos.
- Acercar al público el mundo del cortometraje a través de diferentes actividades
- Posibilitar, a través de este formato, la contribución a la mejora del mundo en que vivimos.

El X Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes Shorty Week 2023 se desarrollará a comienzos de septiembre en el Castillo de Santa Catalina de Cádiz. Allí se podrán ver los cortometrajes participantes en las diferentes secciones competitivas y la entrega de premios.

Carmarthen Bay Film Festival ha ido de fuerza en fuerza a lo largo de los años. Desde nuestro primer festival en 2012, hemos pasado de 35 inscripciones a más de 750 de 60 países diferentes para nuestro festival 2019. No sólo han aumentado las inscripciones a lo largo de los años, sino que también ha aumentado el número de cineastas y patrocinadores del festival.
Hemos tenido cineastas volando desde Estados Unidos, Australia, Holanda, Italia, Francia y muchas partes del Reino Unido. El número de socios del festival también ha crecido con Stradey Park Hotel, BAFTA Cymru, RTS Wales, University of Wales Trinity St. David, Felin Foel Brewery, Carmarthen Cameras y muchos más. El festival es ahora una calificación de BAFTA Cymru/Gales, lo que significa que cualquier película proyectada durante el festival y hecha aquí en Gales es elegible para ser considerada para un premio BAFTA Cymru.
Nuestro 8º festival ha visto algunos cambios significativos, durante los últimos siete años, el festival se ha celebrado en el Stradey Park Hotel aquí en Llanelli. El hotel ha sido muy solidario, y sin su ayuda, el festival no habría podido despegar. Así que con el respaldo total del Parque Stradey, sentimos que era hora de seguir adelante y probar algo nuevo. Así que para 2019 el CBFF se celebró en uno de los principales teatros de Gales en el centro de Llanelli, lo que trajo una nueva y emocionante dinámica y sensación al festival.

John Hefin se involucró por primera vez en el trabajo de televisión en 1960, cuando respondió a un anuncio en un periódico para asistentes de producción de aprendices. It’s a community moderated contest where the public audience will create a shortlist out of all qualified entries.
Essentially the Viewster community and your fans will watch, share, discuss and vote for their favorite entries. They will help to curate the entries with at least the top ten moving onto the finals. After that our Jury of Experts - Ted Hope, Nora Tschirner and Timo Vuorensola - will select the winners to be announced December 8, 2014 on http://festival.viewster.com.

The CINE AZUL FESTIVAL OF INTERNATIONAL CINEMA began as a showcase of environmentally themed films with a vision to advance public understanding of the environment through visual arts, challenging the way people think about nature, inspiring them to discuss and jointly explore different alternatives to become part of the solution on environmental issues.
The 10th International (environmental) “CINE AZUL” Film Festival “SURrealidades”, celebrates 20 years of walking in awareness and harmonization with the environment. Exhibiting, Circulating and contributing to the Formation of Audiences through Cinema committed to issues such as Climate Change, Food Sovereignty and Spiritual Crisis among others.
The Film Festival is environmental in nature, for this reason we consider that the implicit theme is already there, now we invite you to reflect in a sense from the different Parcelas (sections) of the Festival and it is from those Chagras where we develop a dialogue. To celebrate these 20 years of journey in our 10th version, we look at the Theme of PALABRAS MAYORES.
From the “CINE AZUL” perspective we observe this an ideal historical moment, to listen again to those ancestral words, those aboriginal languages, those uses and customs that maintained harmony and balance with their environment, with Mother Earth, with PachaMama, those words that spoke of prophecies that are fulfilling today.
After Ten editions in (2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2020) SURrealidades “CINE AZUL Festival” is now a consolidated biennial contest in Colombia breaking new ground in promoting the circulation, screen and production of the environmentally and human rights-themed International audiovisual.
The Green-Go International Short Film Contest aims to gather environmentally and socially conscious youngsters to organize the contest and the festival on one hand, and on the other hand, to inspire youngsters to creatively express their ideas in a
short film format. With the shorts, we aim to raise awareness on environmental and social problems at global, European and national level. With Green-Go festival, we wish to create the basis of a sustainable green film event that activates both youngsters and the civil society, attracts interested people and stakeholders and generates dialogues within the whole society about key eco-social questions.
Within the film contest, we accept shorts in three categories to reflect on European awareness, global environmental and social problems and the connection between biodiversity and society.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Whether it is a dramatic or comedic piece, we want screenwriters and filmmakers to share their great stories in regards to the world of sports. We felt that creating this festival would give the many sports fanatics out there an outlet for their love of competition.
Some people have asked us to define "sports". Well, we want to include any subject that deals with mental and physical competition for the sake of winning a prize (and not killing anyone along the way to do it). So we're ready to watch and read any stories from auto racing and badminton to spelling bees and chess.
We ask that your film's plot revolve around a competitive theme. We ask to see something other than a film with a sports scene in it that doesn't involve the story line.
Our jury and judges are well respected people in the film and sporting industry. We'll be adding more so check our website periodically to see the updates.
Having your film or screenplay in the festival may open doors that may not be available to you. We can’t promise sudden fame and fortune but we’ll so our best to get you noticed.
This is the sixth year of the festival and we hope to continue to grow.

La octava edición de Ventana Oscura, tendrá lugar el viernes 21 y el sábado 22 de octubre de 2016 en el Forum de FNAC Callao dentro de los actos de La VIII Semana Gótica de Madrid. Cine Curtas Lapa es un festival independiente sin fines de lucro con entrada gratuita. El Festival tiene como objetivo mostrar películas que se hayan hecho o tengan como tema la ciudad de Río de Janeiro con el fin de promover la industria audiovisual brasileña, especialmente los cortometrajes de Río de Janeiro en el barrio de vida nocturna más tradicional de la ciudad. La idea es llevar un programa de cortometrajes de ficción, animación y documentales al público de Lapa, enriqueciendo la vida cultural del barrio bohemio.
