LA XXII EDICIÓN DEL FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE GUANAJUATO, se celebrará del 19 al 28 de Julio de 2019 en las ciudades de San Miguel de Allende y Guanajuato, Gto., México.
Con sede en la ciudad georgiana de Birr, Offline Film Festival es un evento emocionante tanto para los amantes del cine como para los creadores. Se configura como un festival de cine participativo y educativo donde se da voz a trabajos que tratan los Derechos Humanos, tanto en géneros de ficción, animación como documental.
Creemos que hoy es más importante que nunca que la sociedad cree puentes de debate para el acercamiento, con el único ánimo de crear humanidad y empezar a escucharnos. El Festival muestra trabajos donde tanto el contenido como la técnica son de alta calidad y han sido premiados a nivel internacional en anteriores Festivales. Previa selección de las películas por la organización del Festival, un jurado formado por expertos en el ámbito cinematográfico, así como defensores de Derechos Humanos y del ámbito educativo, serán los encargados de puntuar y entregar los premios.
Los Derechos Humanos son el garante de una sociedad sana, educada, despierta y empoderada y pertenecen a toda la sociedad como pilares fundamentales que deben sostener los cimientos donde se sustente todo lo demás. Difundir la cultura de paz, el desarrollo democrático y la humanidad sostenible son también sus objetivos. Para eso se organizan talleres, presentaciones y mesas de debate con los propios autores y autoras de las películas al público asistente así como actores, productores, críticos de cine, periodistas y defensores de Derechos Humanos locales e internacionales.

Puerto Madero IFF es un concurso anual online basado en la ejecución técnica de las películas.
Toda la presentación se evalúan en cada categoría técnica: Guión, Cinematografía, sonido, actuación y dirección.
Al final de cada año anunciamos las películas que tengan selección oficial en base a su creatividad y ejecución técnica.
Nuestro festival es ONLINE al momento, estamos trabajando duro para hacer una cita anual con proyección pública.

In the Official Competition Programme of The Festival the right to participate have short fiction, animated and documentary films from film schools in the countries of the Balkan Peninsula and the Black Sea region (Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia).
The films should be directed by students in a regular form of education from the first to the last semester, regardless of their degree. The participation of students in the rest of the team or the cast is not a sufficient condition for selection.
The 2018 Directors Circle Festival Of Shorts has officially opened our call for entries and will accept submissions internationally of short length films in any and all genres including Narrative, Documentary, Horror, Experimental, Avant-garde, Animation, Religious/Spiritual, Gay/Lesbian and all genres of Music Videos for our 2018 festival.

Films in this festival cannot be downloaded, the films HAVE NO EMBEDDING CODE and the HTML codes of the films, if copied and pasted, the films will not play, therefore they CANNOT be placed on other websites. The only time and place they can be viewed is in our festival. In short, we have gone to great lengths to set this system up to protect the safety and security of each filmmaker’s film, always keeping the filmmaker in mind. Basically, it is just as secure as a brick and mortar theater screening, only much better.
We made the decision to screen films online because of two reasons, first we understand that filmmakers around the world pour not only all of their time and heart into their work but also most of their money. Because of financial and time constraints independent filmmakers most times find it difficult to attend the screenings of their film. Now not only can the filmmaker attend, but all of their friends and family members can as well. In addition, the number of attendees to the festival is literally limitless giving the filmmaker much more exposure for their work.
In addition, you hear so much about the environment and global warming it got us thinking. When you realize how much power is used during the film fest, electricity for the building, natural gas for heat and the gasoline the people use to get to the fest it left one hell of a carbon footprint. By doing the whole festival online it actually helps cut down on greenhouse gasses.

Baja CineFest is proud to accept all kind of films and genres, even the films that have been overlooked by larger festivals. We want commercial films, underground films, experimental films, comedic films, etc. We got professional judges for every taste, three professional filmmakers and three professional screenwriters.
Films will not be physically screened for the public. Once the Official Jury has concluded the judging process, winners and awards will be announced publicly on our website.

La vigésima versión de la Muestra Cine + Video Indígena, que organiza el Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino, abre su convocatoria en noviembre hasta el 7 de marzo del 2026 a películas de realizadoras y realizadores audiovisuales indígenas y no indígenas, que tengan como tema central los pueblos originarios, especialmente latinoamericanos.
El comité de curaduría de la Muestra, pondrá especial énfasis en seleccionar obras que retraten aspectos culturales y territoriales de estas naciones como: procesos de resguardo de las culturas, protección y defensa de los territorios y el medioambiente, derechos humanos, tensiones identitarias y reflexiones políticas. Además, se destacarán obras habladas en lenguas originarias y que hayan sido realizadas de forma participativa con comunidades indígenas o realizadas a través de procesos de formación de escuelas de cine indígena.

Damos la bienvenida a cualquier género cómico: negro, bofetón, irreverente, romántico, político, subversivo, absurdo... etc. Y debe tener un sentido del humor excelente.
En 2007 Joaquín Ortega (Director, actor, especialista de cine y coordinador de acción) crea bajo su marca comercial NOIDENTITY su equipo internacional de especialistas de cine. En 2010 fundó la productora independiente NOIDENTITY Films y ya ha producido dos largometrajes de manera privada y un programa de TV. En 2013 crea el primer festival de cine de acción de España.
Así de esta manera nace NIAFFS (NOIDENTITY - International Action Film Festival - Spain), con la intención de generar industria cinematográfica y promocionar el cine de acción internacional.

ONE HORIZON is an open and free platform for all cultures, religions and nations. It claims to broaden people's horizons and to open up new perspectives on the current refugee situation through openness and togetherness. Movies of refugees and the escape issue are creatively staged during the festival.
For the first time, ONE HORIZON took place on July 22th + 23th 2017. This event was also a special one because it had never existed in Germany that way before.
The film festival was organized by a group of students as part of a study project of the Lutheran University of Applied Sciences Ludwigsburg, led by Sebastian Weimann, an independent filmmaker and the initiator of the film festival. It was very important to everyone to set up this project together as it combines social work with the film industry.
The film festival also wanted to provide an opportunity to network and promote open and inclusive thinking. They have made a difference and created a weekend to remember for a long time.

Reglamentos generales
Festival Internacional de Cultura de Pantalla «Thelovetcheskoje Kino» (en adelante - Festival) se celebra entre colectivos (grupos) de producción juvenil en diferentes formas de arte, conectando con el cine, la televisión, la fotografía y diferentes tecnologías digitales.
Los eventos del festival están dirigidos a la formación y evaluación de la nueva cultura global de producción y reproducción edades diversas muestras comunicativas de generaciones interactúan y proporcionan condiciones para establecer una nueva comunidad de información (alrededores), una nueva cultura de la sociedad de la información, donde social-noético (inmaterial) factores de evaluación son la información y el conocimiento. La celebración del festival promueve el establecimiento de la cultura de la pantalla como parte de la cultura general de la información de la sociedad actual.
La guía general de la metodología del Festival y la organización es puesta en acción del Complejo Educativo «Nasha Shkola» (Rusia, Novosibirsk).
El tiempo, las condiciones, el lugar y el procedimiento de organización y celebración del Festival regular se establecen anualmente de documento especial — Orden Permanente de Celebración.
