Questa motivazione ci ha portato a riparare un vecchio cinema all’aperto di 938 posti in Calabria; ad organizzare un festival del cortometraggio internazionale con ingresso libero; a creare La Scuola Delle Scimmie in Puglia, un processo di formazione di cinema e di illustrazione indipendente per 45 ragazzi; ci ha fatto creare La Guarimba On Tour dove ogni anno portiamo la nostra selezione di cortometraggi in giro per il mondo; e infine, ad agosto 2015, abbiamo organizzato la prima conferenza europea di Vimeo, il più grande distributore di cinema online diretto.
About the Festival
“Animax Skopje Fest” is the first animated film festival in Macedonia. We regard it as a unique opportunity to present local Macedonian creative potential in their home country; the audience will get a clear picture of what is currently in Macedonia created in this field. The festival is by nature competitive and is open to animators from around the world. The main reason why we decided to organize an international festival of animated film in the Republic of Macedonia, is the desire and need for this animated film to get a wide door in Macedonia.
Profile and Mission
The festival is the right address for anyone interested in animation as a way of communication, as a way of expanding horizons, as an effort to support a cultural form and spend leisure time in creative and constructive way, as part of a global trend of creative industries in Europe and the world. “Animax Skopje Fest” is organized by the production company “Auripigment”, in collaboration with the Association of Citizens Creative Center “Tintiri - Mintiri” of Skopje, Macedonia, with the support of Ministry of Culture of Republic of Macedonia. The main mission of “Animax Skopje Fest” is:
Promotion of animation in Macedonia;
Increasing the awareness for animation in Macedonia as a part of important cultural (creative) industries;
Contacting and communication between artists in Macedonia and abroad;
Promotion of dialog between filmmakers, designers, animators, artists, producers and viewers;
Organizing seminars, forums, workshops.
Who We Are
Production company “Auripigment” is working about 15 years in the field of audio - visual arts in the Republic of Macedonia, producing feature films, TV series, feature series, documentaries and entertainment programs intended for the widest audience. Most of the projects are characterized as projects of national interest to universal values. In this list of projects is included one of the latest projects of the production company, the first Macedonian international festival of animated films “Animax Skopje Fest”. Currently the production company “Auripigment” has produced documentary “Hristo Uzunov”, while in pre - production and production are five projects including a feature film. Festival “Animax Skopje Fest” aims to unite and encourage all animators in the Republic of Macedonia and to facilitate verification and presentation worthy of their creative potential and product. “Auripigment” production team knows quality and potency of Macedonian authors and therefore deemed it necessary to put the festival in the service of the promoter and ‘exporter’ of aesthetic founded animated audio - visual works arising from Macedonia. In fact, this festival aims to raise and build culture in terms of making animated films for adults and children who present different aspects of everyday life. The authors of these films from around the world participate in this festival by sending their animated films. Animax Skopje Fest is held in November each year. The last night of the festival, most successful animated films are awarded with prizes, which have undergone previous round of competition and are being elected as awarded by the jury - the commission. On the other hand, our team closely monitors developments in the field of world animation and also as past years, this year and in future plans to carry the best of the world in Macedonia. This is illustrated by the previous two editions of the festival, in which were reported over 400 high quality animated films from more than 35 countries worldwide. While this year's edition reported more than 200 animated works from more than 40 countries from all around the world, which this time, also, will compete for the main prize “Golden Brick”.

Le festival du film pour enfants, nature et faune a pour objectif de présenter et de promouvoir auprès du public cible des longs métrages, des courts métrages, des films d'animation et des documentaires divertissants, éclairants et encourageants réalisés par des professionnels. Le festival accepte tous les genres de films pour enfants, sur la nature, le climat et la faune, qu'il s'agisse de films fantastiques, motivants, dramatiques, sur le handicap, éducatifs, de science-fiction, d'aventure, de parentalité, etc.
Le Children's, Nature & Wildlife Film Festival est une boutique de films pour enfants, sur la nature, le climat et la vie sauvage célébrant l'enfance et la nature. L'objectif du festival est de mettre le cinéma de renommée mondiale à la portée des enfants, en leur fournissant une autre source d'apprentissage et en les aidant à comprendre la culture des autres nations et la nature grâce à l'art du cinéma. Le CNWFF donne également une visibilité à l'enseignement cinématographique par le biais de divers ateliers et master classes. En même temps, fournir aux cinéastes une plate-forme leur permettant de toucher un large public par le biais du CNWFF.

The Cardiff Independent Film Festival will be held over the 5th to 7th May 2017 in Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff. This will be our third festival, following highly successful events beginning in 2014. We're a fun, friendly and open festival run by film-lovers that celebrates the best in independent cinema and adheres to the highest ethical standards.
We're non-profit, which means ALL of the submission fees go into the running of the festival. And we are truly independent - we don't take public or corporate money so the films we pick are our favourites.
We also attract big-name guests: CIFF2015 saw talks by Stephen Frears and Paul Andrew Williams and the great John Boorman present the Welsh premiere of his final feature Queen and Country. We may be small but we punch above our weight.
We will be screening five feature films, ten short films and five short animations in competition and there will be out-of-competition screenings for other films of significant merit.

IMAGINARIA est le premier et unique festival international de films d'animation de la région des Pouilles.
Dans son histoire, Imaginaria a connu une croissance considérable, gagnant une position artistique et sociale importante dans le secteur des festivals internationaux.
Festival de « personnes et lieux », Imaginaria parvient à créer une atmosphère familiale parmi le public et les professionnels qui viennent dans les cinémas en plein air de Conversano. Imaginaria, qui se caractérise par l'importance des « nombres » et l'excellente qualité de milliers d'œuvres de renommée internationale, est un projet de promotion, de diffusion, de formation cinématographique, qui vise à promouvoir les auteurs indépendants de films d'animation. Imaginaria entend déclencher, dans une perspective à long terme, toutes les synergies possibles au sein de la communauté contribuant à créer des opportunités socio-économiques dans la région tout en favorisant la culture de l'animation. Le festival, par conséquent, est un projet qui vise à diffuser l'utilisation et la connaissance des films d'animation non seulement pendant l'événement, tenu chaque année à Conversano, mais aussi dans les lieux et les moments de l'année en utilisant différents réseaux, composés d'autres festivals et expositions (nationaux et internationaux) auxquels Imaginaria participe ou dont il est le promoteur.
Mecal Pro, le festival international du court métrage et du film d'animation de Barcelone, fêtera sa 28e édition. La longue histoire de MECAL PRO l'a consolidé comme l'un des festivals de courts métrages les plus importants d'Europe et du monde, bénéficiant ainsi du soutien d'institutions locales, nationales et internationales. Nous avons projeté en 2025 plus de 300 courts métrages dans 29 sections que nous programmons.
Mecal s'engage fermement à promouvoir l'exposition et la diffusion de créations audiovisuelles en format court, non seulement auprès du public, mais également en permettant aux créateurs et aux distributeurs de se rencontrer dans le cadre de différentes activités. Mecal s'attache également à encourager les talents émergents en organisant des événements et des récompenses spécialement destinés aux jeunes créateurs. En ce sens, il fonctionne également comme un réseau de diffusion de courts métrages, organisant des projections au niveau national et international, collaborant avec des festivals, des ambassades et des institutions du monde entier.
La 14e année sera marquée par de nouveaux ajouts et des compétitions ! L'International Horror Hotel Film Festival and Convention se tient chaque année en juin dans le nord-est de l'Ohio. Nous avons des concours ouverts pour des films et des scénarios dans les genres suivants : expérimental (film uniquement), fantastique, horreur, comédie d'horreur, slasher, science-fiction et thriller à suspense. Nous acceptons également les bandes-annonces, les clips musicaux, les pilotes de télévision (film ou script) et les épisodes Web (film ou script) pour les projets dans les genres listés.
La compétition est également ouverte pour notre concours de musique de films d'horreur (inscriptions via notre site Web). Lors de l'événement, nous organisons également des concours de maquillage Scream King/Scream Queen et FX en direct.
Cette année, nous organiserons également le deuxième concours annuel de films Room 237, au cours duquel les cinéastes s'affronteront pour créer un film en 30 jours en utilisant une arme du crime attribuée lors d'une réunion de lancement de Zoom.
