Vagrant Film Club holds its own Film Festival which takes place in one random location on a day of Spring and Autumn equinox as well as on a day of Summer and Winter solstice.
The best films are chosen only according to the audience voting. The winners will be awarded with the souvenirs, various trophies and artifacts that are gathered during the voyages.
Vagrant film club – is a non-commercial journey of one film vagabond (guru) or a group of film vagabonds along the film routes. During the journey they gather, screen and shoot independent films. CinemaVan is a means of communication between independent filmmakers, film festivals and film societies.
Film vagabonds represent the ideology that is free from political or religious doctrines. They stand for peace, love, ecology and personal freedom. Anyone sharing the ideas and values of the cinemavan and accept its rules can join it. Vagrant musicians and artists are also welcome.
The route is based on the film festivals, film societies film cafes or just friendly invitations. Film vagabond moves on foot, hitchhiking, water-hitching, air-hitching, horse-drawn hitching, by bicycle, rowboats, sailboats or even air-balloons. Car driving, catching a cab, staying at hotels is possible only in case of emergency or for the seniors, disabled or juvenile fellow travelers. Generally, cinemavan migrates to the Southern hemisphere, subtropical or equatorial climate countries in winter.
In summer it returns to Lapland, Siberia and Northern countries. This, however, doesn’t mean that Cinema gaff cannot come to Taimyr Peninsula during hard frosts or to Congo tropical forests during the rainy season.

11th Bangalore Shorts Film Festival-22 es un movimiento para reconocer y popularizar el trabajo de cineastas jóvenes y experimentados de toda la India y del mundo. El humilde viaje de BSFF ha comenzado en el año 2012 para conmemorar los 100 años de celebración del cine indio y para saludar la contribución de la industria cinematográfica kannada al desarrollo del cine en la India. El festival ofrece plataforma a cineastas aspirantes y profesionales para mostrar su talento con oportunidades de networking y marketing en la industria cinematográfica.
El objetivo del festival es crear la cultura de los cortometrajes en la India, la promoción de los próximos cineastas, el desarrollo de fuentes de generación de ingresos para los cortometrajes y hacer de cortometrajes una empresa comercial. Como Festival de Cine Premier, el Festival Internacional de Cine de Lakecity (LCIFF), celebrado en Delhi, se fundó para mostrar a los líderes en la producción cinematográfica contemporánea y tiene como objetivo exhibir el contenido más cautivador e innovador. El evento más grande de la capital, el festival LCIFF 2022 de dos días está programado para el 25 y 26 de noviembre de 2022.
Misión del festival:
Rompiendo todos los estereotipos, la misión de LCIFF es presentar películas de calidad de todo el mundo, así como apoyar, reconocer y honrar a los cineastas independientes. Estas películas se organizarán temáticamente, con la esperanza de representar toda la gama de la experiencia humana reflejada por los cineastas elegidos. LCIFF también será un escaparate vital para los cortometrajes independientes, ya que el festival tiene una categoría PSA Films además de sus secciones competitivas.
Objetivos del festival:
Aunque los festivales de cine se han convertido en un asunto habitual en la mayoría de los países, la mayoría de ellos solo atienden a un público seleccionado y entretienen a los cineastas de éxito comercial y personalidades afines. Sin embargo, LCIFF tiene la intención de organizar un festival que conecte a los fans del cine y a los asistentes al cine con el mundo, especialmente con el cineasta serio y sus asociados para lograr una mayor comprensión del arte de la realización cinematográfica.
El festival de dos días verá a personas de varias comunidades unirse a la sede para disfrutar de películas de países como Alemania, Italia, Reino Unido, EE. UU., Rusia, Bangladesh, Irán, Polonia en inglés y en los idiomas del propio país. Se exhibirán películas en idioma regional indio como hindi, marathi, bengalí, bhojpuri y en el sur de la India, como malayalam, tamil, telegu y kanada.

Antes de enviar sus propuestas, tenga en cuenta que sus películas se proyectarán en varios colegios, escuelas y universidades de Rajastán de forma gratuita. El público verá y valorará tu película en el acto. En función de sus calificaciones, se preseleccionarán las mejores películas. Luego, estas películas serán juzgadas por nuestro jurado.
No se admitirá ninguna compensación por la proyección de su (s) película (s). Sus películas también se pueden proyectar en canales de televisión locales o nacionales. No se pagarán regalías por dicha proyección.

El Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Leganés, a través de la Delegación de Juventud y Cultura, y la Asociación Cultural Cineduca, conscientes de la importancia que tienen los medios audiovisuales en la sociedad española de hoy, y pretendiendo hacer de ellos tanto un medio de comunicación como de educación para la población escolar de la ciudad, celebrarán entre los días 27, 28, 29 de octubre y 3 y 4 de noviembre de 2015 la V Muestra de Cortometraje Infantil de Leganés.
La Muestra consiste en la proyección de cortometrajes orientados a público infantil y juvenil.

The European Short Films Amarante was created in 2014 by a partnership between the Casa da Juventude de Amarante and the Cineclube de Amarante, and it´s main objectives are the promotion of European values and the citizens role in the democratic life of Europe.
We wish to disseminate new opportunities in Europe for young people, namely through Erasmus+ and Creative Programmes. We also desire to spread cinematographic practices and short films learning and to expand Amarante´s cultural offerings.

The Art Color Digital Cinema International Film Festival opened in 2014. The ACDCIFF offers a setting for filmmakers to premiere new work and for audiences to see innovative new films from innovative filmmakers. The festival is IMDb qualifying - the awarded films will be granted an IMDb title page.

Depuis 2013, l’association « Les Alibis » organise le Film Noir Festival, un festival de films ayant pour thème le Film Noir. Il s’agit du premier et du seul festival en France ayant pour thème ce genre cinématographique.
Lors des premières éditions, le Film Noir Festival s’était donné comme objectif d’éclairer le public sur le courant cinématographique qu’est le Film Noir.
Durant 4 jours, ce sont plus de 30 films de jeunes réalisateurs, au travers de la compétition internationale de courts métrages soumise au regard du jury des professionnels, mais aussi de cinéastes plus confirmés par le biais de la rétrospective généraliste de longs métrages et des avant-premières nationales, qui ont été présentés à un large public éclectique et de tout âge.
En octobre 2013, le Film Noir Festival s’est associé à la Film Noir Foundation de San Francisco créée et présidée par Eddie Muller, spécialiste mondial du Film Noir et fondateur du festival Noir City à San Francisco, à qui elle a décerné son premier Prix d'honneur en décembre 2013.
Pour sa quatrième édition, qui se tiendra du 24 au 27 novembre 2016 au cinéma "Le Vincennes" (94), le Film Noir Festival poursuivra son éclairage sur le Film Noir en proposant de nouveau une programmation de films inédits ou rares au travers de la rétrospective de 10 longs métrages, des avant-premières en ouverture et en clôture du Festival, des hommages à des réalisateurs, des acteurs ou des compositeurs emblématiques du Film Noir mais également au travers de la compétition internationale de courts métrages.
