The International Short Film Festival of Cali, with the opening of its call, is to be a space for the exhibition of professional and university short films from the city of Cali and the world to serve as a meeting point between the new filmmakers and the professionals of the short film.
The XV International Short Film Festival of Cali will take place from September 12 to 16 of 2023, in the city of Santiago de Cali, Colombia.
The call for the competitive categories of the festival will be open from May 8th of 2023 and we will close the registration period at midnight of July 8th of 2023 Colombian local time (UTC-5).
Films sent to the following categories: National Official Selection, National Official University Selection, International Official Selection and International Official University Selection must have been completed after January 15, 2021.
The results of the call for the competitive categories will be announced on the festival’s official website www.cortoscali.com by August 8th, 2023.
The 8th annual Skyline Benidorm Film Festival will be celebrated from 13th through April 20th 2023, in the city of Benidorm (Spain).
Seoul International ALT Cinema & media arts Festival (NeMaf) is the annual festival that shows media-based art with innovative spirit in its themes and forms.

The Festival gives preference to films focusing on the search for national and cultural identity in the contemporary world. To achieve this, the KFF will invite postproduction artists from across the globe for masterclasses or workshops, and organize filmmakers meetings at KFF.

It is good to clarify that the participants in the "Video clip" section must expressly declare that they are authorized to participate in the competition by the copyright holders of the song.
Each short film will be able to participate in more than one section and all the short films submitted will automatically participate in the selection for the "best film" and "New signs" prize.
Only those selected for the "best film" will also compete for the "public prize".
The International Festival of Outdoor Films is a competitive touring cine-meeting of outdoor films. Within last fourteen years it has become one of the largest touring festivals in the World. The 19th Edition of SHORTS MEXICO will be held from September 1st through the 30th 2024 in Mexico City. The National Cinematheque of Mexico is the main venue of the festival, and it amounts other important venues as CINEMEX Theaters, one of the largest cinema chains in the world, world famous Vasconcelos Library, Centro Cultural Universitario de la UNAM, CDMX´s Faros and Cultural Centers, etc. The festival amounts over 35 venues in Mexico City and holds exhibitions in every one of the 32 States of the Mexican Republic, so the event truly occurs throughout Mexico. Since the pandemic, SHORTS MÉXICO is presented in a hybrid format, holding virtual and televised exhibitions as well, having over 1 million spectators per edition.
Throughout the year the festival features previews, exhibitions, retrospectives and master classes. The Shorts Mexico Tour includes cities, towns and villages of Mexico, as well as exhibitions in various countries around the world. Panorámica, International Independent Film Festival invites students of cinema, visual arts and communication, independent filmmakers, amateurs and professionals, from all around the world, to participate in PANORÁMICA 7th Edition 2020, which will be screened in several venues in Mexico City.
Panorámica is a spot for the promotion and display of cinematographic works. This event is a non-profit organisation, and its main priority is the independent cinema created by emerging filmmakers from all over the world.
The main aim of the Festival is to provide to new filmmakers the possibility of making their works widely known, and thus to facilitate a dialogue between the author and its audience. In order to make this happen, Panorámica will conduct Q&A sessions between the author, the festival’s crew/cast and the audience; these sessions will take place during the Festival.
We recognize the filmmakers' work by giving them a certificate for their participation. There will not be a physical or monetary award.

«I See God» is a short film festival about God.
Our mission is to show how modern society perceives God through the means of art and cinematography.
The theme of seeking God is the one being most widely explored in dramaturgy and cinematography. The focus of the festival is to create a dimension in which a director would be able to share his original vision of God with the audience without being tighten up to any religious notions.
What types of films are screened at the festival? Any type of a short film (documentary, animation, experimental, etc.) that represents director’s original vision and interpretation of God with running time between 1-30 minutes.
Who are the filmmakers? Each and every one is welcome to submit a short – whether a child or an adult, a man or a woman, an experienced director or an amateur, a housewife or a working professional, a farmer, a teacher, an artist, one seeking or the one that had found… Anyone and from anywhere in the world!
Who organizes the festival? The festival is taking place every year in Moscow, Russia. During the festival the guests are being treated to film screenings, meeting with directors, workshops, concerts, theatrical performances, photo exhibits and seminars.
