Festival accepts movies of interest for gay, lesbian, bisexual, intersexual and transexual people. To participate in the competitive section (prizes), these films should have not been programmed on TV, screened in comercial venues or another spanish festival excluding the organized by Fundacion Triangulo. The Fugitif Short Film Festival is an international festival of competitive short films. This event, thanks to a demanding selection, responds to a desire to offer a high quality artistic and cultural experience. Since 2021, the event has been held at the renowned Utopia cinema in the heart of Avignon.
The festival explores three captivating themes: The Night, LGBTQIA+ and student films. It showcases the full diversity of cinema, bringing together a wide range of genres: fiction, live action, animation, documentary, experimental, and many more.

The event takes place at the Utopia cinema in the centre of Avignon. It will provide a unique opportunity for filmmakers and film school students to meet, exchange ideas and participate in the cultural weaving of the audiovisual sector.
A jury of professional artists will be present at the screening to determine the winner of the Fugitif Award.

INTRODUCTION
Mostra de València – Cinema del Mediterrani is an international film festival promoted by the City Council of Valencia, Spain, with the aim of showcasing and promoting cinema from the Mediterranean basin as a geographical and cultural reference framework. The festival is accredited by FIAPF as a specialized film festival.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this call is to open submissions for films wishing to compete in the Official Section, La Cabina, and Xaloc sections of the 41st edition of Mostra de València – Cinema del Mediterrani, to be held from November 3rd to November 15th, 2026, in the city of Valencia, provided they meet the requirements established in this call and its regulations.

Voces Contra el Silencio, Video Independiente A.C., the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, with the support of TV UNAM and the UNAM Film Archive, invite filmmakers to participate in the fourteenth edition of the Hispano-American Independent Documentary Film and Video Encounter: Contra el Silencio Todas las Voces, to be held from September 4 to 12, 2026, in Mexico City and in different states across the Mexican Republic, in a hybrid format.
The main objective of Contra el Silencio Todas las Voces is to serve as a window that brings together independent documentary cinema from Mexico, Latin America, and Spain, through free, accessible, and open spaces that embrace a diversity of perspectives, encourage collective action, and foster collaborative networks in support of the development of the documentary genre and the construction of a more just, equitable, and tolerant society.
Contra el Silencio Todas las Voces has explored new audiovisual exhibition alternatives, successfully reaching audiences it had never previously imagined. For this reason, in this thirteenth edition it has decided to maintain a hybrid format consisting of: in-person activities at various alternative film exhibition venues; on-demand content on the MXPLUS platform; and broadcasts on public television channels in Mexico City (Canal 11, Canal 21, Canal 22, and TV UNAM), as well as on public channels in other states across the country. 1 Minute at the Diversity Festival – L’Hospitalet de Llobregat is a mobile short film festival organised within the framework of the Festa de la Diversitat de L’Hospitalet de Llobregat.
The festival invites participants to create short films of up to one minute using mobile phones or tablets. The aim is to promote audiovisual creation around diversity, intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, respect and coexistence.
The 2026 edition encourages participants to reflect creatively on diversity as an opportunity to build bridges between people, cultures and communities.
The festival is open to individuals and groups. If minors take part in the filming, a legal adult representative must be responsible for the registration and for obtaining the necessary authorisations.
Selected short films may be screened as part of the activities linked to the Festa de la Diversitat.

The reflection of the role of the elderly in the family, sentimental, emotional and social relationships. The positive or negative consequences of cinema into stereotypes and believings about the elder and even if it treats the same way both man and women.
