MANIATIC — FANTASTIC INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL OF MANISES ist ein Festival des fantastischen Genres, um die Welt des Kurzfilms neuen Generationen von Zuschauern näher zu bringen, die sonst keinen Zugang zu den neuesten Kreationen der zukünftigen Kinoregisseure hätten.
RURÉFILOS, International Film and Rural World Festival, ist ein multidisziplinärer Treffpunkt, an dem durch audiovisuelle Sprache ein Raum für Debatten und kreative Überlegungen über die Vergangenheit, Gegenwart und Zukunft der ländlichen Welt geschaffen wird.
Spanish and international Fillmakers are invited in the areas of film and video to participate with works whose themes are related to two main lines on which the festival is founded:
1 - On the one hand, following the spirit of the documentary "Land without bread" by Luis Buñuel, will receive critical productions or deepen social and human problems, not only in Las Hurdes but in all types of cultures and territories.
2 - On the other, taking into account the natural environment and richness of the region, will be called works that address issues related to the preservation of the environment, defense of ecosystems and life issues in isolated regions.

Jedes Jahr Unsere Shorts Ihre Shorts Programme 12 Screening-Sitzungen von Kurzfilmen, die in Veranstaltungsorten von Varsity Auditorium bis Kinosäle gezeigt werden.

The International “Festival International du Film Panafricain” (FIFP) in Cannes is a platform that exhibits cinema and its professions, arts and entrepreneurship, as well as innovation, culture and events.

With a booming Pan-African market (from Africa to the Americas through the Caribbean, Europe and Asia), the Festival benefits from expertise in the development of cinema and Fashion as well as the development of cultural affairs.
Since its creation in 2006, the DIKALO AWARDS (meaning « message » in the Cameroonian language Douala) has been awarded by a professional jury for the best short and feature films (fiction), the best long and short documentaries, the Dikalos Peace Award, as well as the best actor and actress awards.
The FIFP is a felt moment. It is a unique experience where PanAfrican cinema and African cultures and those of its diaspora around the world are the central focus. An exceptional energy is felt.
Since 2018, the FIFP in Cannes has included along with its projections, a market: the Entrepreneurship Salon for Culture and Well-Being. The objective is to enhance the economy of PanAfrican cinema.
A few years from now, the market which features pan-African arts will generate considerable sums. « Tomorrow is now ». This enormous potential must be brought forward into the light.

Vierte Auflage CENTRAL-DOC, Blackbird Films und Huitzil Multidisciplinary Creation Laboratory A.C. Alle Dokumentarfilmer sind eingeladen, an der vierten Ausgabe des Internationalen Dokumentarfilmfestivals teilzunehmen, die findet vom 2. bis 6. Dezember 2019 im Bundesstaat Tlaxcala, Mexiko statt. Die Arbeiten werden in öffentlichen Räumen projiziert werden, unabhängige, Bildungseinrichtungen und Kulturzentren, wobei diese lokalen, nationalen oder internationalen.
Diese vierte Ausgabe der Ausstellung wird begleitet von dem Thema KULTUR, Identität und Widerstand... 500 JAHREN. Ein Thema, das versucht, sichtbar zu machen, aber vor allem die Rolle der indigenen Völker durch die verschiedenen Dokumentarfilme, aus denen diese Ausgabe besteht, und die sich um bestimmte Themen wie Herkunft, Traditionen, Territorium, Sprache, Rechte usw. drehen sollen. Bei CENTRAL-DOC erwarten wir Dokumentationen mit Geschichten, die es uns ermöglichen, zu hinterfragen und zu bewerten, was uns zu dem macht, was wir sind, woher wir kommen und was unsere Wurzeln sind.

Das WORLD FEST ist ein „kurz-dokumentarisches“ Filmfestival, das das Potenzial des bewegten Bildes als Werkzeug zur Verbreitung von Kultur und als gesellschaftliches Treffen fördert. Sie unterstützt Sperimentierung zugunsten des Ausdrucks des Autors, der audiovisuellen Qualität und der Kreativität der neuen Generationen.
Sie zielt auch auf den Beitrag zur Qualität der Feierlichkeiten ab, indem sie Veranstaltungen veranstaltet, die in vielen kulturellen Aspekten besonders interessant sind und einen konstruktiven Dialog unter ihnen fördern. Wir wollen auch einen Dialog zwischen verschiedenen Bräuchen und Traditionen schaffen.
Das WORLD FEST 2020 findet am Sonntag, 6. September 2020 in Cuneo (Italien) statt.
Die unabhängigen Produktionsfirmen La Produktiva Films (Sabadell) und Plans Films (Caldes de Montbui) organisieren in Zusammenarbeit mit der Stadtverwaltung von Sabadell InDocumentari, ein internationales Festival, das dem Dokumentarfilm in all seinen Formen gewidmet ist.
The Green Me GmbH is a Berlin based company and the organizer of the annual environmental film festival called the Green Me Global Festival for Sustainability. This festival was initiated in 2008 by Nicolai Niemann, and has over the years transformed from a lounge to a full blown film festival with three major sections: Film – the festival offers a platform for the green films, green publicity and green economy. Movies with environmentally related topics from all over the world are evaluated and screened; Congress – on this platform, professional minds engage in panel discussions on diverse environmental topics; Marketplace– where companies and NGOs represent themselves and exhibit their products and services; Gala Night- where awards are given out to the award winning films. Finalising each festival is the award night, during which the best films from different categories receive awards. The Outlet Dance Project is an annual festival of artists who identify or have identified as women, sharing their vision through film, site-specific dance, and work created for the stage. It is one of the largest, most popular, and well-attended dance festivals in New Jersey. In partnership with Grounds For Sculpture – an internationally renowned contemporary sculpture park – the festival celebrates the intersections of visual and moving arts, exploring relationships between sculpture and dance, between place and movement.

Die Association i Ken Onlus kündigt im Rahmen der 17. Ausgabe des Filmfestivals OMOVIES — Lesbian Gay Transgender and Questioning einen Wettbewerb für audiovisuelle Arbeiten zum Thema lesbischer Schwuler Transgender und/oder Fragen an. Das Festival findet sowohl online als auch im Kinoraum statt.
The Latino and Iberian Film Festival at Yale (LIFFY), produced by the Council for Latin American and Iberian Studies at the MacMillan Center at Yale, began as a film series in the late 1990s, then collaborated with the New England Festival of Iberian Cinema (NEFIAC) for five years (2010- 2014), and was established as The Latino and Iberian Film Festival at Yale (LIFFY) in 2015.
The festival is an inclusive event sponsored by Yale for the whole Greater New Haven community. It is free and open to the general public. We strive to promote cultural awareness and understanding through the screening of films from many different countries where Spanish and Portuguese are spoken, and by inviting filmmakers, actors, and producers to converse with our audience. It is our premise that knowledge promotes respect for diversity, and unity amongst peoples of divergent backgrounds. All films are screened with English subtitles.
THE INTERNACIONAL ALTERNATIVE MEDIA FILM FESTIVAL (FICMA) has as its objective to offer a space for the exhibition of quality films made with non-professional cameras, cell phones, handy cams, sport cameras, smart watches, tablets, etcetera, looking to promote the talent and creativity of those who have the desire of taking their stories to the screen but do not count with the big budgets that filmmaking often requires.
