12° FESTIVERD – Venezuela: UNIVERSIDADES VERDES
**
Our vision: to become a green film and video festival that, from Venezuela to the world, serves as an example in the creation of loving-parental bonds among all the inhabitants of planet Earth.
**
Our mission: to offer an alternative to environmental and ecological experiences that aim to rescue parental ties between all biotic and abiotic beings. The exhibition on green audiovisual narratives is interrelated with other streaming, media, transmedia and social network experiences, generating a network of virtual ties that we want to turn into parental ties.
**
Our Philosophy: We distance ourselves from anthropocentric views and excessive mandates about caring for the environment that end up being anthropocentric traps without an understanding of the biology of love. The use of new technologies, academic and artistic production are the main vehicles for dissemination.

Laughter :)
Laughter is the cure and the best means of combating the problems of life, it is also free and does not issue a prescription.
One of the greatest remedies that we have invented, and heal the world, entertaining it too.
Weed to entice and use laughter to achieve happiness and success in life.
Laughter is the art and skill of the world's most powerful habit.
Laughter is the exhaust valve of our soul, but it's a matter of us shell we use it.
It's reflects many virtues such as generosity, selflessness, optimism, altruism, hope, empathy, joy, serenity, happiness ...
These are just some of the thousands of words being sung in his honor, and that is why we, as FIFES's organisers, decided to provide the opportunity for all people of good will who want to express their creative soul, a very unique, funny, lighthearted way, through the art of film as a wonderful way of human expression.
Send us your work and thus force a smile on our faces.
We do not laugh because we're happy, but we are happy because we laugh
Who laughs the last, laughs too late ...

The Bluestocking Film Series is an exclusive showcase for Bechdel-Test, high-quality, provocative short fiction films featuring complex female protagonists driving the story and leading the action. This innovative screening series originates in the beautiful, culturally vibrant city of Portland, Maine and travels to other film-loving cities around the country and the world.

We celebrate and promote talented, established and emerging filmmakers who take the creative risk of placing female protagonists front and center. We introduce audiences to those who are contributing to the art and craft of cinema and who have the potential to influence the future of filmed entertainment.
We encourage and promote production of narratives that reflect the diverse experiences of women. We have a marked preference for well-structured, highly visual, cutting edge, provocative films, especially ones that explore the plurality and variety of women’s relationships.
