Dublin Doc Fest is an exciting short documentary film festival showcasing work from both Irish & International documentary filmmakers in Dublin, Ireland. Founded in 2013 by award winning documentary filmmaker, Tess Motherway, Dublin Doc Fest's objective is to provide a unique platform for short documentary film in Ireland & to place Dublin firmly on the map as an international destination for documentary film.
Our objective is to exhibit short documentary film in innovatively repurposed and non-traditional screening spaces across Dublin city. Dublin Doc Fest's previous editions took place in The Sugar Club, Dublin (July 2013), The National Library of Ireland's Reading Room (March 2014), The Irish Georgian Society (Feb 2015), Teeling Whiskey Distillery (Nov 2016) & The Royal Hibernian Academy (Nov 2017).
Expotoons seeks to promote Animation as a growth channel for the Audiovisual Industry, enabling the interchange of artistic trends, knowledge and experiences amongst participating countries.
Kategorie C: „Fertiger Kurzfilm 2020/21/22“
Beschreibung der Kategorie:
SUMMA3D-Wettbewerbskategorie für Produzenten, Regisseure und Autoren, die die Entwicklung eines animierten Kurzfilms im Laufe des Jahres 2020/21/22 abgeschlossen haben. Dieser wird auf Projektebene evaluiert: künstlerisch, strukturell und finanziell.
Die Teilnehmer können so viele Filme einreichen, wie sie für richtig halten, sofern sie zwischen 2021 und 2023 produziert wurden.
Alle Filme, die kürzer als 20 Minuten sind, werden akzeptiert, unabhängig von ihrem ursprünglichen Film- oder Videoaufnahmeformat.
Filme, die nicht auf Spanisch gesprochen werden, müssen mit spanischen Untertiteln präsentiert werden.
Das Thema der Filme ist kostenlos.
Live-Action-Fiction-, Animations-, Experimental- und Dokumentarfilme können eingereicht werden.
Einsendeschluss ist der 5. November 2023.
CATACUMBA UNDERBURGER FILM FESTIVAL ist ein kulturelles, handgefertigtes und widerstandsfähiges Projekt, das seit dem Jahr 2000 in der valencianischen Gemeinde Godella entwickelt wird und als Rückgrat die Projektion der jüngsten audiovisuellen Werke verwendet, die während der Feier dieses besonderen Festivals koexistieren.
In seiner 17. Auflage will das Festival unabhängige Filmvorschläge sammeln, die eine alternative Perspektive bieten, die aus der Transversalität, die filmische Sprache zulässt, geschaffen wird. Werke, die in irgendeiner Weise die Moral unterdrücken, Repressionen, unsere Philien und Phobien demontieren und die strukturellen Defekte der Gesellschaft, in der wir leben, beweisen. Am Rande der Unterhaltungsindustrie finden wir Vorschläge, die uns zu verschiedenen Ausdrucksmodellen führen können, die es dem narrativen Kino ermöglichen, in die expressive Kategorie zurückzukehren, die es zum Nachdenken einladen will. Vielleicht, wenn es seltsam ist, weil es vor der Wahrnehmung und den Sinnen verborgen bleibt.
Wir verstehen, dass die kinematografische Produktion lebt ein kreativer Prozess, der die Verschmelzung zwischen Genres verbessert, schüren die Originalität und die Vielfalt des Mediums, schreiben wir all diese Möglichkeiten. Von CATACUMBA wollen wir diese kreative Realität widerspiegeln, geben Raum für eine größere Anzahl von Werken, manchmal nicht klassifizierbar, aber die als Spiegel der seltsamen Realität, die wir leben.
Im Kurzfilm- und Langformat haben Sie die Möglichkeit, alle Ängste, Träume, Philien und Phobien zu spüren, die unsere Regisseure vermitteln wollen. Sie werden Genres kennen, die einst beschimpft und unterbewertet wurden, aber die transzendente Titel in der Filmgeschichte hatten und die zu authentischen Referenten der universellen Filmographie geworden sind. Das Kino unserer sozialen Realität reflektiert, Kino, das uns jeden Tag mehr überzeugt, dass die Realität immer die Fiktion übertreffen wird.
Iberoamerikanischen Wettbewerb:
- Die Materialien, die an diesem Abschnitt teilnehmen, werden nicht länger als 100 Minuten und nicht weniger als 7 Minuten dauern.
Der ibero-amerikanische Wettbewerb der IBAGUÉ INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL wird durch die Auswahl der besten spanischsprachigen Kino gekennzeichnet sein, wo Regisseure, Produzenten und professionelle oder empirische Filmemacher, Ibero-Amerikaner, die audiovisuelle Werke in Fiktion gemacht haben, Dokumentar- und experimentelle Formaten, dessen Thema ist Fokus auf die Erzählung und/oder Ausdruck von Situationen, die die Realitäten des ibero-amerikanischen täglichen Lebens durch die filmische Linse repräsentieren.
Materialien im Kurzfilmformat, deren Länge 20 Minuten für kurze und 100 Minuten für LongMetraje nicht überschreitet, können teilnehmen, in dieser Kategorie (1) Kurzfilm und ein Spielfilm wird mit der Auszeichnung „BESTER SHORT FILM UND BESTER IBEROAMERICAN LONG-FILM“ belohnt, die aus Statuette bestehen wird und Zertifikat, das es akkreditiert.

In der ibero-amerikanischen Kategorie wird eine Gruppe aus drei Experten in der Kinematographie die endgültige Auswahl treffen (2) Kurzfilme und zwei (2) Spielfilme nach Genre, die direkt Teil unserer offiziellen Auswahl in Projektionen werden.
Das VI Córdoba International Film-Minute Festival ist eine kulturelle und künstlerische Veranstaltung, die mit Unterstützung von Grupo Cine Minuto und Subsecretaría de Cultura, Secretaría de Extensión Universitaria, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba organisiert wird. FesticineKids 26 ist ein internationales Kinder- und Jugendfilmfestival in Cartagena de Indias. Es ist ein Filmwettbewerb, der seine Bemühungen darauf ausrichtet, die Produktion und den Vertrieb von kolumbianischem, lateinamerikanischem und weltweitem Kino für Kinder und Jugendliche zu stärken.

Kinder und Jugendliche sind die Zukunft, die die Pflege unseres Planeten Erde, der Menschen, die sie umgeben, der Tiere und Pflanzen sowie der Orte, die sie besuchen, fördern sollte. Die Tendenz zu Afro-Filmen und Filmen, die sich an indigene Völker richten.
Bei der Erstellung des Profils der FesticineKids 26 wird der Bildschirm als Treffpunkt von Mädchen, Jungen und Jugendlichen problematisiert. Indem das Kino als das Szenario postuliert wird, in dem Gefühle, Emotionen und Überzeugungen zum Ausdruck kommen, soll beabsichtigt werden, dass Mädchen, Jungen und Jugendliche, die verstehen, was das Kino sie hervorruft, was sie daraus ziehen und welche Bedeutung es hat, sich darüber Gedanken machen, welchen Platz das Kino in ihrem Leben, in ihrer Umwelt einnimmt, parallel zu dem Ort, den sie wollen und von dem sie träumen.
Es ist auch eine Gelegenheit für Erwachsene, Eltern, Lehrer, Kultur- und Filmschaffende, über die Notwendigkeit nachzudenken, ihre Kapazitäten als Ausbilder im Spannungsfeld und im Umgang mit den audiovisuellen Medien, insbesondere dem Kino, zu stärken.

MISSION
Imperfectu. International Film and Gender Studies Festival, creates reflections based on film, diverse artistic and academic proposals, individual and organizational experiences, and social movements, in order to generate an interdisciplinary analysis that impacts commonly widespread approaches to gender.
WHAT IS IMPERFECTU?
With the word “imperfectu” we give new value to the concept of imperfection, against the overvalued concept of perfection. The ending “-tu” avoids the use of spanish language gender morpheme (imperfecto/imperfecta) in the adjective of the noun “imperfection”, while referring to the spanish pronoun “tú” (you) in order to intervene in the relationship with those who read us, alluding them/you in the word: Imperfectu. This play on words then continues and extends between English and Spanish: I’m perfect u, Imperfect u, or I’m perfectu. “Imperfectu” is a proposed adjective that seeks to identify those who have been positioned outside the norm because they somehow transgress the binary system of sex, gender, and heteronormativity.
Imperfectu. International Film and Gender Studies Festival explores, through film, art, and gender studies, the infinite possibilities that the fields of sex, gender, and sexuality offer us, questioning the convictions to which the standardized system of gender and sexual normativity limit us.
The festival implements an analysis and multiple reflections that affect the representations commonly disseminated with respect to gender. The proposal defends the diversity of identities, gender expressions, and sexual orientations, while encompassing varied and alternative feminisms.
Imperfectu was born in the city of Tijuana the first days of April 2014 with the idea of consolidating an annual meeting with local, national, and international representation, by the end of July 2015 it returns with a second edition, and in 2016 travels to Mexico City for its third edition.
In 2017, the fourth edition will be held in Tijuana, Mexico, from November 16 to the 18. This edition of Imperfectu will have as its central axis the relationship between Body, Science, and Technology. The objective is to bring interested audiences a programing that showcases cinema that has been and is being made surrounding various topics, such as: postgenderism, cyberfeminism, cyborg anthropology, disability and transhumanism, the intersex body and medicine, the transgender body and medicine, gender / sexuality and robots, the future of contraceptive methods, eugenics, girls / young women and new technologies, queer/cyborg identity and aesthetics, rejuvenation technology, and immortality.
