17º Festival de Cine SiciliAmbiente - 14-19 de julio de 2025
El objetivo del Festival de Cine SiciliAmbiente es promover el cine independiente y documental, fomentando el intercambio creativo y la creación de redes entre los cineastas.
El Festival está organizado y patrocinado por Demetra Produzioni SAS y la Asociación Cultural CANTIERE 7, y es posible gracias a socios y patrocinadores públicos y privados que comparten los principios éticos del Festival.
TEMAS ELEGIBLES
Podrán participar en el Festival películas que aborden los siguientes temas:
Medio ambiente, antropología, derechos humanos, biodiversidad, guerra, integración, derechos civiles, desarrollo sostenible, relación entre los seres humanos y el medio ambiente
SECCIONES DE FESTIVALES
El Festival se divide en las siguientes secciones:
• Concurso de cine documental (duración mínima: 31 minutos)
• Concurso de largometrajes de ficción (duración mínima: 70 minutos)
•Concurso de cortometrajes de ficción y documentales (duración máxima: 31 minutos)
• Concurso de cortometrajes de animación (duración máxima: 31 minutos)
• Resumen de documentales, películas de ficción, cortometrajes, homenajes, retrospectivas, seminarios y mesas redondas
El comité de selección evaluará las películas en función de la calidad de la escritura, las imágenes y el uso del lenguaje creativo que caracteriza al cine documental artístico.

The SARDINIA FILM FESTIVAL intends to foster and exploit cinematography in particular independent production, encourage exchange and comparison between different artistic expressions, encourage young people to occupations of the cinematography.
MECAL PRO, Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes y Animación de Barcelona es un festival dedicado a las películas en formato corto tanto nacionales como internacionales.
La larga trayectoria de MECAL PRO lo ha consolidado como uno de los festivales de cortometrajes más importantes de Europa y del mundo, recibiendo, así, el respaldo de instituciones locales, nacionales e internacionales. Hemos proyectado en el 2024 más de 300 cortometrajes en 29 secciones que programamos.
Mecal Pro tiene la misión de promover la exhibición y circulación de la creación audiovisual en formato corto, no solo al público en general través de su proyección, sino también de cara al mercado, fomentando el encuentro de los profesionales del sector a través de diferentes actividades. Stop Motion Barcelona Festival es el primer festival de animación en Barcelona dedicado exclusivamente al stop motion, incluyendo todas sus técnicas: pixilación, cut out, puppets...
El día del festival, se proyectarán los cortos seleccionados y se entregarán dos premios: el del jurado y el del público.
El máximo evento cinematográfico en el estado de Hidalgo, México: El encuentro de cineastas nacionales e internacionales.
El propósito del festival se refiere al conocimiento tanto de los filtros externos de la pantalla, incluida la censura (comercial, ideológica, estética), como de los filtros internos de la percepción y la proyección de la pantalla, incluida la autocensura. NEFILTRAVANAE KINO es una exploración de la estetización y la mercantilización en el arte. El siguiente objetivo del festival es exponer la complejidad, la multiplicidad y la variedad del cine.
NEFILTRAVANAE KINO es un festival de cine organizado por el Short Movie Club, la plataforma de proyectos cinematográficos. NEFILTRAVANAE KINO está clasificado para el ADAMI Media Prize. Originalmente, el festival se celebró en Bielorrusia, pero debido a la represión política y a la postura antibélica declarada públicamente, las proyecciones y los eventos pueden celebrarse en diferentes países. En primer lugar, en Lituania (Vilna). Por ejemplo, la décima edición de Nefiltravanae Kino tuvo lugar en Berlín, Vilna y Helsinki el año pasado. PROBLEMA DE ALIENACIÓN
Vivimos en un mundo de centros comerciales y multicines. Vemos que el cine independiente y el arte no comercial pasan a la periferia de la atención pública. Las atracciones primitivas sustituyen a la cinematografía. El público que huye se siente alienado detrás de la gran pantalla. Por lo tanto, el cine convencional moderno es parte de una herramienta de manipulación que conduce a la sociedad de la alienación. Por lo tanto, la tendencia es que el cine independiente se vuelva más ilegible para el público en general. Debemos entender el contexto del cineasta para entender el cine independiente. Por eso, el concepto NEFILTRAVANAE KINO implica la presencia física de los cineastas.
PROBLEMA DE SELECCIÓN DE PELÍCULAS
Los cineastas filman millones de películas. Y miles de festivales de cortometrajes organizan proyecciones en todo el mundo cada año. En promedio, se presentan varios miles de películas a un festival de cine. Por lo tanto, se pueden descuidar varias películas buenas por cualquier motivo. A menudo, seleccionar la probabilidad es como ganar una lotería. Como resultado, los cineastas se quedan sin comentarios. ¡Es una paradoja que nadie pueda oírte en la era de Internet! La cultura dominante prefiere las atracciones y las visitas informales.
Además, esta idea se basa en el problema de la selección de películas. Quizás no sorprenda que una persona, es decir, el director del programa en el mejor de los casos, o incluso los estudiantes de las escuelas de cine, tomen la decisión preliminar de seleccionar una película. Lo comparamos con «lo mejor de lo mejor». Esto ayuda a percibir el lenguaje cinematográfico sin el dictado de los curadores de arte.
UNA CELEBRACIÓN DEL CINE INDEPENDIENTE
Por eso, el Unfiltered Cinema Film Festival trata de evitar «lo mejor de lo mejor», pero no lo ignora por completo, claro. El festival selecciona secciones de ficción, animación, documental, experimental y realidad virtual. Un jurado premia la mejor película de cada sección. El festival organiza las proyecciones en salas de cine, el Centro Nacional de Arte Contemporáneo y espacios de arte.
Nuestro objetivo es reunir a las personas en el mundo del arte, dialogar y ser felices con una comunicación inteligente. El cine es arte pero no deporte. El punto clave de nuestro proyecto es establecer una comunicación entre el cineasta y el público.

It will run though November and include features, shorts, documentaries and music videos on our main theatre screen, as well support events with special guests.
All filmmakers who's work is being shown will 3 tickets for the screening of their own film.
Distributors, producers and press from all over the world will be on hand to view the films screened and there will be the chance to network with them at the festival too. Many of the industry’s top companies and film schools will also be in attendance offering advice on education and career opportunities.
Other events and networking opportunities will be announced closer to the date. These will include seminars, Q&As, conventions and memorabilia expos.
There will be a high calibre panel of special guest judges, from various areas of the industry, who will review the nominees’ entries and select the winners at the festival’s closing event. The award ceremony will be held at a high-profile venue in the city and be an open ticket event.
La Muestra de Cortometrajes Casa del Reloj es un evento cinematográfico de películas de cortometraje que tendrá lugar en Hospedería Casa del Reloj, Campos del Río (Murcia), España, el 18 de mayo de 2018. En ella tiene cabida cualquier cortometraje con una duración máxima de 30 minutos. Se admite cualquier género cinematográfico.
MoliseCinema intends to promote the latest and most innovative productions of Italian and international cinema, giving priority to young authors and new languages, with particular attention to short films and documentaries.
In thirteen editions held so far, the festival has brought to the public a schedule very articulate hosting hundreds of actors, directors, producers and experts.
The success achieved so far, the participation of numerous guests and protagonists of the film world, the visibility in the local and national press and a general consensus that there was on the part of the institutions and civil society confirms the growing interest MoliseCinema , which has become a constant reference point in the cultural life of Molise and the South and it becomes more and more a national and international importance.
With "Filming Molise" the festival will enhance the Molise as a location for productions cinematographic and audiovisual.

Vagrant Film Club holds its own Film Festival which takes place in one random location on a day of Spring and Autumn equinox as well as on a day of Summer and Winter solstice.
The best films are chosen only according to the audience voting. The winners will be awarded with the souvenirs, various trophies and artifacts that are gathered during the voyages.
Vagrant film club – is a non-commercial journey of one film vagabond (guru) or a group of film vagabonds along the film routes. During the journey they gather, screen and shoot independent films. CinemaVan is a means of communication between independent filmmakers, film festivals and film societies.
Film vagabonds represent the ideology that is free from political or religious doctrines. They stand for peace, love, ecology and personal freedom. Anyone sharing the ideas and values of the cinemavan and accept its rules can join it. Vagrant musicians and artists are also welcome.
The route is based on the film festivals, film societies film cafes or just friendly invitations. Film vagabond moves on foot, hitchhiking, water-hitching, air-hitching, horse-drawn hitching, by bicycle, rowboats, sailboats or even air-balloons. Car driving, catching a cab, staying at hotels is possible only in case of emergency or for the seniors, disabled or juvenile fellow travelers. Generally, cinemavan migrates to the Southern hemisphere, subtropical or equatorial climate countries in winter.
In summer it returns to Lapland, Siberia and Northern countries. This, however, doesn’t mean that Cinema gaff cannot come to Taimyr Peninsula during hard frosts or to Congo tropical forests during the rainy season.

The Balkan Film Food Festival is not a festival only about Food and Culinary. The Balkan Film Food Festival is about Balkan Film Production. The Festival intent is to create a climate of understanding of friendship and collaborations among Balkan countries. Bašta Fest es un festival internacional de cortometrajes de ficción que se celebra en Bajina Bašta, Serbia Occidental. Es un evento anual que se celebra durante el primer fin de semana de julio y dura cuatro días. Debido a la profesión de los fundadores (los actores Jovan Jelisavčić y Maja Šuša), el principal punto de interés del festival es la colaboración entre directores y actores. Creemos que centrarse en la calidad de ese esfuerzo artístico conjunto tendrá un impacto positivo en el posicionamiento del Bašta Fest entre los festivales de cortometrajes. Bašta Fest es de gran importancia para la descentralización de la cultura, ya que ha traído películas, música y programas fuera del programa a esta hermosa región. Una de las prioridades del festival es promover la increíble belleza natural entre un gran número de visitantes. Sin embargo, nuestro principal objetivo es convertir este festival en un emocionante oasis cultural, que apoya a jóvenes artistas locales e internacionales, poniendo énfasis en los cortometrajes de ficción con autenticidad. La selección principal es un programa de cortometrajes de competición, mientras que dos películas se proyectan como parte de un programa especial no competitivo cada año, una durante la inauguración y otra durante la ceremonia de clausura. El último que se proyecta es un primer largometraje serbio, elegido por el equipo de Bašta fest como el más exitoso del año anterior. La entrada a todas las proyecciones en Bašta es gratuita, mientras que siempre se celebran bajo los cielos nocturnos abiertos. Actualmente hay dos lugares oficiales del festival: el parque Borići y el lago Perućac.
El XXIV certamen de cortometrajes del AVILÉS ACCIÓN FILM FESTIVAL se celebrará entre el 4 y el 11 de octubre de 2025.
Podrán concurrir al certamen todas las personas mayores de 16 años, nacidas en España o con tarjeta de residencia en dicho país.
La participación en el certamen está abierta a los cortometrajes de producción y/o dirección española, salvo en la Sección Asturias, en la que el/la directora/a ó el/la productor/a deberá ser residente y/o nacido en el Principado de Asturias.

Ars Independent Festival 2019 will be the 9th multimedia festival of film, animation, video games and music videos. The upcoming edition will take place in Katowice, between the 24th and 29th of September 2019.
The festival is searching for what’s cool in young, debuting, contemporary audio-visual culture. It’s not afraid to watch videos with 27 views on YouTube, it’s missing the “least popular” sorting option on itch.io and considers Festival Scope Pro decidedly “too mainstream”.
The heart of the festival are four international competitions, in which the audience decides about the awarding of prizes. The Black Horse of Film (feature films from all over the world) and the Black Horse of Animation (short features) present the cinematographic debuts by directors from the entire world, often as their Polish premieres. The Black Horse of Video Games and the Black Horse of Music Video are devoted to new games and music videos.
Additionally, every year festivalgoers are treated to: screenings of films, animations and music videos, video game exhibitions, virtual reality and new technologies, discussion panels and Q&As with artists, concerts, live acts and musical afterparties.
In previous years, the festival hosted a variety of artists from all over the world, including Béla Tarr, Nina Menkes, Phil Mulloy, Laila Pakalnina, Bruce LaBruce, Tami Tamaki, Stephen „M.O.O.N.” Gilarde, Jakuba Dvorský, Mariola Brillowska, Piotr Dumała, Arkadiusz Jakubik, Bodo Kox, Łukasz Barczyk, Sos Sosowski, Wiktor Stribog and Władysław Komendarek.
The event is organized by the culture institution Katowice the City of Gardens and the City of Katowice.
