12e. Festival de l'audiovisuel pour enfants (FICAIJ), 2021-2022

Le Festival audiovisuel pour enfants, connu sous son sigle FICAIJ, est né à Mérida, au Venezuela, en 2010, et s'est consolidé après 12 ans comme l'une des fenêtres les plus importantes pour présenter des contenus éducatifs et alternatifs de qualité, ainsi que des contenus commerciaux pour les enfants, les adolescents, les jeunes et les familles du pays et de la région.
Après avoir assisté à plus de 41 385 participants dans ses 11 éditions précédentes qui ont eu un impact direct dans 6 pays du monde. Face au panorama de pandémie que nous vivons encore à travers le COVID-19, nous avons assumé le défi de nous transformer et d'activer notre 12ème édition sur le web avec une incidence majeure dans les pays de notre région. De plus, nous prévoyons d'avoir des projections en personne au Venezuela et en Colombie.
Histoire :
Plus de 1 506 courts et longs métrages provenant de 81 pays du monde ont été diffusés sur les écrans de la FICAIJ, et plus de 392 personnes, dont des enfants, des adolescents, des jeunes et des adultes, ont évalué et jugé ces films.
Nos jurés venaient non seulement du Venezuela, mais aussi de 9 autres pays : Argentine, Brésil, Cuba, Équateur, Italie, Kenya, Mexique, Espagne et Afrique du Sud, participant à la représentation de leurs lieux d'origine.
Philosophie :
Nous promouvons l'audiovisuel d'un point de vue réfléchissant et productif, invitant les enfants, les adolescents et les jeunes à jouer un rôle actif en tant que créateurs et prosumers.
Mission :
La FICAIJ cherche à encourager la création, la production, l'exposition et la distribution de contenus de qualité pour et par les enfants, les adolescents et les jeunes de la région, en stimulant le protagonisme des enfants dans tous ces processus.
2e. Laboratorio FICAIJ :
Dans le double but de renforcer, d'une part, la production de contenus pour les enfants, les jeunes et la famille au niveau régional et, d'autre part, la formation des enseignants à l'éducation avec et pour les médias, un besoin plus évident compte tenu de l'éducation numérique imposée par la pandémie, l'organisation de FICAIJ assume le défi de développer la 2ème édition de son Laboratorio FICAIJ, un espace de formation destiné au secteur de la production de contenus pour les garçons et les filles d'Amérique latine et au secteur de l'éducation.

The inaugural ‘SAF Shorts’ presents architecture as a storyteller and the narratives of the city. Screened in a newly opened public space yet to be announced, this signature evening event of the Sydney Architecture Festival brings a curated selection of local and international short films, documentaries and animations based on urbanity, architecture, the city and the people who inhabit it.
SAF Shorts is an opportunity for design enthusiasts, designers, city lovers, architecture lovers and architects to be delighted, educated and provoked. Filmmakers will be invited to present their films to the audience and prizes will be awarded on the night by a panel of guest jurors.

Events and performances of these sections will be chosen directly by the artistic direction in base of quality, consistency with the project and the theme of the event, which is chosen year by year.
The Festival of shortfilms " Short Stories "10 , to be held at the House of Culture of Merlo , in October , aims to generate a space for exchange and sharing , promoting creativity , originality and the use of audiovisual media as a vehicle for artistic expression.
The registration of a film in the competition selection process of the festival indicates the full acceptance of these bases. The organization of the Festival will resolve in an unappealable manner with respect to any matter included in this regulation or its interpretation. The sender of the film authorizes FEDOCHI to select some sequences not exceeding three minutes that can be broadcast by TV, within the framework of programs and spots that disseminate the festival.
The 14th version of the Documentary Film Festival of Chiloe will take place between November 5 and 10, 2018.
Le 24e Festival international du film d'Almería se tiendra à Almería (Espagne), afin de promouvoir la province d'Almeria en renforçant les liens historiques de la province avec l'industrie audiovisuelle et la culture, du vendredi 14 novembre au dimanche 23 novembre 2025. Le festival est organisé par le Conseil provincial d'Almería.
a) The filmmakers must be:
- Regular students of careers linked to the audiovisual area of Chilean universities.
- Students graduated or qualified during the years 2016 and 2017, of careers linked to the audiovisual area of Chilean universities.
b) Participating short films must be national, that have been realized in some Chilean university after the 1 of January of the year 2015.
c) Works that have been part of the pre-selection and / or competition stage of previous versions of UDLA Festoc may not participate.
d) All participating works must be spoken, dubbed or subtitled in Spanish.
e) The participating works must have a maximum duration of 30 minutes, with credits included.
f) By the mere fact of registering his work, the applicant declares that he has read and accepted the rules of the contest.
The Boston Latino International Film Festival showcases films that deal with issues of importance and interest to the Latino community in the US, Latin America, and Spain. An important part of our mission is to portray an accurate image and representation of Latinos in the US and Latin America.
A large portion of BLIFF's programming focuses on human rights, immigration, environment and overall social justice issues.
BLIFF happens every year at Harvard and Northeastern University. Our audience are mostly residents of the City of Boston and members of the academic community. There are over 30 universities in the Boston Metro area and the students, faculty and staff of local colleges and universities are about 55% of our audience.
The Boston Latino International Film Festival (BLIFF), "Bridging Communities Through Movies," will screen the best current videos and films in the following categories: Feature Film, Documentary, and Short Film. The Festival will be held in November 2015.

SANS TEMPS
Cinemística est un espace-temps ouvert, doté de fonctionnalités non restrictives, permettant aux auteurs de développer leur propre langage : tous les formats, durées, nationalités, années de production, etc. sont acceptés.
UN REFUGE
Un refuge international pour les films qui visent, techniquement ou par l'intrigue, à aborder le grand mystère de la représentation du monde, dans l'art et dans l'homme. Sans dogmes, dans une perspective individuelle ou collective, fondée sur la foi, mais aussi sur la base de l'agnosticisme, de l'athéisme spirituel et de la pensée scientifique.
UN CINÉMA POÉTIQUE DE CONTEMPLATION
Les regards des cinéastes, dans toute leur diversité socioculturelle, s'intéressent à tout film en raison de leurs découvertes personnelles, de leurs recherches ou de leurs expérimentations, de leur inspiration et de leur travail, de la révélation ou de l'introspection des auteurs. Quotidien, extase et disparité comme structures permettant de donner de la profondeur au traitement du film.
ASCÉTISME
Le mysticisme et l'ascétisme dans la production cinématographique représentent probablement un domaine plus absolu que les autres, car un cinéma doté d'un budget énorme et d'une plus grande complexité technique pourrait être réalisé, mais parfois le film le plus humble et le plus simple est universel.
L'ALAMBIC
Les cinématographies éphémères, issues du cinéma « amateur » (du verbe français aimer), définissent les réalisateurs non seulement en fonction de ce qu'ils montrent et de la manière dont ils le font à l'écran, mais aussi en fonction de ce qu'ils décident de ne pas montrer.
PHÉNOMÉNOLOGIE
Ce qui apparaît et disparaît, les topologies émergent, matérielles ou conscientes, et leur invisibilité ou leur expiration ultérieure. L'environnement séquentiel du vide, de la matière et du temps. Le discours est éloquent, chacun peut le comprendre par lui-même. Absence et miracle : le mystique comme possible cohabitent ensemble.

The Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival celebrates its 9th edition this year. HBRFEST quickly became the main festival dedicated to promoting independent Brazilian cinema in the United States. It is the only festival in the world capital of cinema that supports the exchange between the best in independent Brazilian production and Hollywood.
In 2017, the Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival will present three days, of the most brilliant Brazilian films of the year. Award-winning actors, writers and directors will be in attendance.
In addition to the film screenings, the Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival also promotes panels, workshops and debates.

The Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival is produced by Talize Sayegh, which also has been cooperated with major festivals like the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival (Laliff) and the Rio Festival.

COLCHAGUA KIDS, shows a child, framed in the Colchagua film International Festival, which has as its main objectives, the formation of children's hearings and the promotion of national and international works with child theme.
Digital Griffix film awards changed a bit over the years and is now an IMDB listed international online awards competition taking place each three months.
Each three months our jury determines the best films in each category. Note that we do NOT screen films online or onsite. The films are screened privately by the jury. Our goal is to help filmmakers take the next step in their career. Our jury is composed of award winning filmmakers who perfectly understand the hard work put in independent filmmaking !
"Muestrario Short Films in Projection" is a non-competitive Cinematographic Exhibition, Solidarity and Nonprofit, which seeks to position the short film as a piece of art in itself.
"Muestrario" is a permanent exhibition that want to promote film culture and creating new audiences through short films.
The screenings will be in the Auditorium of the Public Library of the State"Juan Jose Arreola" located on Periferico Norte Manuel Gomez Morin 1695, municipality of Zapopan, Jalisco. Mexico.
The screenings will be the second Friday of each month at 18:00 with completely free admission.
"Muestrario" its formed by a collective of independent filmmakers, so it does not belong to any public institution, private or academic.
The application of shortfilms and participation "Muestrario" is completely free, whether the film was made with the help of a film school, institution, public, private or completely independently.
BioBioCine, Festival international du film de Concepcion, est un rassemblement interculturel de connaissances et de sagesse exprimées à travers le cinéma, qui vise à être un espace de dialogue et de contemplation, ainsi qu'à diffuser, promouvoir, soutenir et valoriser la cinématographie nationale et internationale d'un territoire et une identité qui constitue le contexte de sa réunion annuelle.
Pour sa onzième édition, le festival international BioBioCine fait appel à des œuvres de tous les pays et de toutes les cultures. Son programme comprend des catégories compétitives et non compétitives de longs métrages et courts métrages de fiction et de non-fiction, en mettant l'accent sur le cinéma d'auteur, les nouveaux cinéastes, l'expérimentation, le dialogue interculturel et les Premières Nations.
