1. Eligibility: Films must have been completed after a specific date (usually the last 24 months).
2. Subtitles: All non-English films must have English subtitles.

4. Format: Initial submissions should be through secure online screeners (Vimeo/YouTube with password or digital upload).
5. Selection: The decision of the DIFF Selection Committee and Jury will be final and binding.

Rules & Terms
ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

국제 단편 영화제 “무비 마우스”는 수상자를 위한 공식 시상식이 열리는 연례 단편 영화 대회입니다.
페스티벌 주최자는 행사장에서 직접, 온라인으로 시상식을 개최하거나 영화제 웹사이트에 결과를 발표하고 참가자에게 졸업장과 상을 우편으로 보내는 등 어떤 형식으로든 시상식을 개최할 권리를 보유합니다.
이 페스티벌은 재능있는 영화 제작자를 발굴하고 단편 영화를 홍보하기 위해 만들어졌습니다.

촬영 감독이 보낸 모든 영화는 심사 위원의 검토를 거친 후 각 카테고리별로 일부 영화가 공식 선정 (LONGLIST) 에 포함됩니다.
공식적으로 선정된 영화의 수에 따라 준준결승, 준결승, 파이널 (쇼트 리스트), 어워드 후보 (후보), 우승자 (우승자) - 페스티벌 그랑프리 등 각 카테고리별로 추가 선정 단계가 구성됩니다.
페스티벌 주최자는 각 카테고리의 참가자 수에 따라 모든 단계에서 순차적으로 선택을 수행하고 일부는 생략할 권리를 보유합니다.

The Òmnium Film Festival is an annual program that recognizes and promotes the best audiovisual productions in Catalan, offering audiences the finest Catalan-language cinema of the year with the aim of encouraging greater consumption of films in Catalan.
The festival takes place simultaneously with more than 160 screenings in 90 venues across the Catalan-speaking territories, as well as screenings in 35 cities around the world.
It concludes between March and September with screenings in schools and high schools through the Educational Program, digital platform releases (Filmin and 3Cat), and presence at parallel festivals and showcases such as Sala Montjuïc or the Gaudí Cycle.
In addition, the festival strengthens connections with the industry through training resources, networking opportunities, and professional spaces for promotion and reflection, in collaboration with key industry players such as ICEC, the Catalan Film Academy, and 3Cat.

From 30 October to 1 November 2025, the Magara Film Festival (MFF) will be held at the Gambaro Theatre, in the heart of the historic center of San Fili, as a cinematic showcase of the "Le Notti delle Magare - Festival of Popular Culture" event. Dedicated to independent cinema, the festival explores the myth of Magara, a mysterious figure of Calabrian folklore, guardian of ancient esoteric knowledge. Like the Janare Campania, the Piedmontese Masche and the Strie of Northern Italy, the Magara embodies the link between myth and reality, inspiring stories of magic, superstition and arcane charm. Ti-Kreyollwood 스페셜 SILEK은 2026년 5월 22일부터 24일까지 파리에서 열리는 SILEK 2026 (크레이올폰 우주 국제 도서 박람회) 의 일환으로 조직된 단편 및 중장 영화 상영의 스페셜 에디션입니다. 이번 에디션은 크레욜리우드 생태계 내에서 영화와 문학을 잇는 가교 역할을 합니다.

2008년부터 발렌시아에서 개최된 국제 영화 및 인권 페스티벌 - 휴먼 페스트는 재단이 추진하는 주요 이니셔티브 중 하나입니다. 그 목적은 시청각 문화를 일반 대중과 특히 취약한 관객 모두에게 더 가까이 다가가는 동시에 인권을 옹호하고 전 세계적으로 인권 침해를 비난하는 것입니다. 또한 사회에 초점을 맞춘 일련의 활동도 선보입니다.
제17회 휴먼 페스트는 2026년 5월 28일부터 6월 6일까지 개최됩니다.
로카 영화제는 스페인 루고 구이티리즈 로카 교구에서 매년 열리는 비영리 문화 프로젝트입니다. 세르몰로스 문화협회가 주최하는 이 소규모 뮤지컬 영화제는 2026년에 13회를 맞이합니다.

두 부문 모두에서 엄선된 영화는 400유로의 상금이 걸린 델라이트 어워드를 목표로 하며, 수상작은 업계 인재들이 만든 전문 심사위원단에 의해 선정됩니다.
또한 엄선된 영화는 현지 아티스트가 손수 제작한 트로피를 수여하는 Audience Award를 목표로 합니다.
로카 영화제는 루고 지역의 뮤지컬 영화 확산과 문화 증진에 기여합니다. 또한 갈리시아어와 국제 영화 제작자 간의 문화 교류를 촉진합니다.

리에주 국제 코미디 영화제 (Liège International Comedy Film Festival) 는 독특한 경쟁을 통해 대담하고 대중적이며 통일된 영화를 탐구합니다. 이 영화제는 유럽에서 유일하게 감상적, 극적, 사회적 또는 공포적 코미디를 프로그램하는 영화제입니다. 또한 그들에게 골든 황소 또는 크리스탈 황소를 수여하는 유일한 행사이기도 합니다. 2016년 이후 매년 전 세계 곳곳에서 20여 편의 장편 영화와 약 30편의 단편 영화를 선보이고 있습니다.

솔라 월드 시네마 네트워크 소속 솔라 시네마 밴 (Solar World Cinema Network 회원) 을 활용하여 에코프레임과 칼라마타 크리에이티브 다큐멘터리 센터는 환경 영화를 지역 사회에 직접 제공하여 공공 광장, 자연 경관, 숲, 해변을 매혹적인 야외 영화 공간으로 탈바꿈시킵니다. 이러한 몰입형 접근 방식은 자연과의 깊은 교감을 촉진하고 다양한 관객의 접근성을 넓혀줍니다. 상영 외에도 패널 토론, 워크숍, 커뮤니티 구축 이벤트 등 인터랙티브 경험을 제공합니다.

에서에세 문화협회는 “코르토디노 영화제 디노 드 로렌티스 2025 - XV 에디션” 대회를 발표합니다. 이 공모전은 디노 드 로렌티스의 고향에서 디노 드 로렌티스의 모습과 작품을 기념하고 기념하고자 하는 열망에서 비롯된 대회입니다. 나폴리 대도시, 베수 비아 지역, “조르지오 데 키리코 예술 및 커뮤니케이션 중등 학교”, 이 지역의 다른 중등 학교, 베수비아 및 캄파니아 지역의 주요 문화 협회가 이번 행사에 협력합니다.
따라서 이 이니셔티브의 주된 목적은 저명한 영화 부문에 진출한 젊은 영화 제작자들을 만나고, 대립하고, 지식을 쌓을 수 있는 기회를 만들고, 불우한 사람들을 포용하고 캄파니아 및 국제 재능의 작품을 연구하고 홍보함으로써 영화 문화를 홍보하는 것입니다.
연대의 세계, 문화 단체 및 학교의 존재는 특히 젊은이들의 세계와 연결하려는 목적을 보여주는 가장 분명한 신호입니다.

O FESTIVAL GOIAMUM AUDIOVISUAL - 11ª Edição será realizado no mês de julho de 2025, com datas a serem divulgadas nos canais de comunicação do festival, desde a cidade de Natal/RN, nordeste brasileiro, com sessões presenciais e gratuitas.
A programação do FESTIVAL GOIAMUM AUDIOVISUAL - 11ª Edição é composta por filmes de curta e longa-metragem brasileiros distribuídos entre mostras competitivas e paralelas.
Em vista deste regulamento, considera-se filme brasileiro toda obra que possua Certificado de Produto Brasileiro (CPB) registrado junto à Agência Nacional do Cinema (ANCINE); no caso de co-produções, considera-se brasileira obra cuja empresa produtora majoritária seja brasileira.
O FESTIVAL GOIAMUM AUDIOVISUAL - 11ª Edição é uma realização da Casa de Produção, Bobox Produções e Nuvem Nuvem Produções, todas sediada na cidade de Natal/RN.
