Non-competitive exhibition of short films in summer cinema format in the Plaza de Jaraba (Zaragoza).

A non-profit attempt to bring the art of the big screen and audiovisual communication to the rural areas of emptied Spain.

The objectives of the “San Rafael en Corto” Short Film Festival are the diffusion, dissemination and projection of cinematographic works, as well as the knowledge of these by the attending public. The works that are presented are not eligible for any prize or award, only for the evaluation of the audience.

Public Award. Trophy without metallic award.
Elected by vote of the attendees.

For the fifth year the association C.S.A. The castle of Jaraba, with the support of the town council, organizes a non-profit exhibition of short films to bring audiovisual creation closer to our town of 200 inhabitants in a summer film event.

Rules of the contest.

1-Any audiovisual piece is accepted: fiction, documentary, video-art, animation, video clip... from anywhere in the world.

Short films that are not in Spanish will have to be subtitled in Spanish. (Subtitles inserted into the film)

2.- The maximum duration of the short films may not exceed 15 minutes, credits included.

3.- No short film is paid for screening rights.

4.- There will be only one prize that will be a trophy and that will be dictated by the public of the projection. The winner will be sent.

5.- The selected works will be screened for free in the Plaza Afan de Ribera de Jaraba on August 5 at 10 p.m.)
