Nel 2024, l'Iquique International Film Festival (Ficiqq) celebrerà il suo 15° anniversario. Ficiqq è un evento unico nella regione di Tarapacá, finanziato in questa occasione dal Fondo per lo sviluppo audiovisivo 2024, sponsorizzato da SQM Yodo Nutrición Vegetal e prodotto da Volcánica Films.
ESPIELLO, FESTIVAL INTERNAZIONALE DEL DOCUMENTARIO ETNOGRAFICO, è organizzato dal Servizio della Cultura della Comarca de Sobrarbe (un'istituzione che raggruppa 19 municipi) con un'ampia partecipazione dei vicini della zona che formano la Commissione permanente del festival. Si celebra nei mesi di marzo e aprile a Boltaña, una piccola popolazione dei Pirenei di Huesca (Spagna).
Espiello è l'unico festival con questa specializzazione nel paese. Ha un concorso internazionale di documentari etnografici e alcune diverse sezioni fuori concorso e altre attività con argomenti legati al documentario e all'antropologia visiva.
Il Cultural Británico vi saluta cordialmente e apre il bando di concorso per le iscrizioni al «XII FESTIVAL INTERNAZIONALE DEL CINEMA PER BAMBINI, CINI 2026», che si terrà a Lima, in Perù, dal 4 all'8 febbraio 2026.
Questo festival si svolge negli auditorium del Centro Cultural Británico, situati nei quartieri di Surco, San Miguel, San Borja, Pueblo Libre, San Martín de Porres, Santa Anita, San Juan de Lurigancho, Camacho e Miraflores.
Tutte le proiezioni che si terranno durante il «XII FESTIVAL INTERNAZIONALE DEL CINEMA PER BAMBINI, CINI 2026» saranno gratuite per il pubblico in generale.
Em sua 8ª edição, a TRASH pretende cobrir um amplo espectro da produção audiovisual, oferecendo oportunidades de formação prática: discussão acadêmica; crítica e análise cinematográfica; intercâmbio e troca de experiência entre produtores locais e nacionais; e acesso democrático ao público, uma vez que todas as atividades serão inteiramente gratuitas.
Stonefair International Film Festival is an online and live film festival, headquartered in Piatra-Neamt, Romania. Stonefair IFF is committed to supporting access to film in all of Piatra-Neamt community as well as supporting young film makers in their education.
The festival runs in 3 quarters, selections and screenings being made every 4 months, the third edition is due to take place on the 8th of May, 2017.

DocsValparaíso International Documentary Film Festival is part of the DocsBarcelona's 3 festivals network that takes place in the cities of Barcelona, Medellín and Valparaíso. The production and development of DocsValparaíso is leaded by the SurDocs team that produced a very important festival in the south of Chile (Puerto Varas) for more than 12 years.
The main goal of the Valparaíso festival is to become one of the leading documentary festivals of Latin America in a medium term by developing the areas of expertise of DocsBarcelona: industry and professional training.

AFO is currently one of the most important European festivals in the area of popular science film. It aims to present science as an attractive, dynamic and diverse sector through films charting natural, humanities and social science disciplines. Each year, hundreds of documentary films and television programs enroll in the competition sections of the festival. Traditionally, renowned stations such as BBC, Discovery Channel or National Geographic submit their films. In past years, the festival introduced for example Albert Barillé, the creator of the legendary cycle series Once Upon a Time... Science film is a unique category of documentary film, an important field of cinema, that represents a substantial part of contemporary television broadcasting. AFO´s active programming seeks significant works in Czech and world science cinema, and present them to general as well as academic public. It focuses not only on current productions, but reviews, and revives the history of the genre in special program sections. Each year, a dominant topic brings together films and guests from all over the world, presenting science as a thrilling adventure.
The Okotoks Film Festival is a three day international festival to be held annually in the town of Okotoks. (located in Alberta, Canada just south of Calgary) We will be offering films in a wide variety of genres to reach a extensive audience.
Workshops will be run during the festival. Film makers submitting to the festival will receive 1 FREE ENTRY to any one workshop offered should they be able to attend the festival. Film makers with films chosen to screen at the festival will receive free entry to all workshops, screenings and galas during the festival.
We are looking for films in ANY GENRE for our general screenings. We also have two specialized screenings with specific genre needs. These genres are Children's short films and Experimental/Horror short films.

MIFF has been established in 2010 by the Malatya Governership and organised by the Malatya Apricot Research-Develeopment and Promotion Foundation. Every year in November Festival brings together the audience with the most qualified productions throughout the world and also, besides the competition excitement it has been a full cinema week with many events for five years.
MIFF has hosted more than 2000 cinema proffessional from Turkey and abroad so far. Some of the best known guests who have been in Malatya for the festival are Nastassja Kinski (2014), Jim Stark (2013), Rade Serbedzija (2013), John Sayles (2012) Otar Iosseliani (2010).
7th Malatya International Film Festival will open its curtains for the cinegoers and residents in Malatya on 04.11.2016 by the organization of Malatya Governorate and Malatya Apricot Research, Development and Promotion Foundation. Abbiamo concorsi aperti per film e sceneggiature dei seguenti generi: sperimentale (solo film), fantasy, horror, commedia horror, slasher, fantascienza e thriller di suspense. Noi del Radical Frame Film Festival siamo orgogliosi di annunciare la dodicesima edizione di Short Film Series.
L'idea del Radical Frame Film Festival è nata anni fa, quando un gruppo di attivisti, artisti e amici di Denver ha deciso di portare i messaggi del cinema videoattivista all'attenzione del pubblico.
Riteniamo che, a causa dell'attuale clima sociale e politico, sia a livello locale che globale, la nostra missione, fornire un forum per film e dibattiti stimolanti, sia più importante che mai.
Ci impegniamo a presentare film progressisti, di sinistra, radicali, antirazzisti, sperimentali e visionari che affrontano questioni tra cui, ma non solo, l'ambiente, i diritti umani, l'ingiustizia sociale, l'antiglobalizzazione, ecc...
