Desde 2003 el Festival Internacional SIGNES DE NUIT está activo en París, Berlín, Saarbrücken y con proyecciones especiales en todo el mundo. El festival en París en realidad presenta alrededor de 300 películas provenientes de alrededor de 50 países proyectandose en diferentes lugares en París. En Berlín, el festival se llevará a cabo en el legendario cine Babilonia.
El Festival Internacional de SIGNES DE NUIT con sede en París se compone de películas que reflejan los nuevos puntos de vista, las imágenes originales y aproximación crítica a los puntos cruciales de la existencia humana moderna. Es un lugar para el cine que se expande en sus propios límites, es sorprendente, diferente, potencialmente libre de la presión de la tradición, dispuesto a entregarse a la experimentación impredecible.
Los costes menores de producción digital hace del cine independiente (salir de las influencias comerciales y de cualquier tipo de producción censura posible). Estas producciones independientes crean una alternativa, un espacio artístico muy sutil y accesible a todos, en contraste con lo que ofrecen los medios de comunicación de masas.
Esta oposición y la preservación del espacio cultural libre es el objetivo del Festival Internacional Signos de la Noche, que se ha realizado proyecciones e intervenciones en 29 países diferentes, incluyendo Argelia, Australia, Chile, Cuba, Líbano, Lituania, Indonesia, Italia, Japón, Perú, Rusia, Túnez, Turquía y Estados Unidos, junto a las proyecciones en principal festival en París.
Abrazando el medio del cortometraje, Tally Shorts Film Festival está emocionado de traer una experiencia cinematográfica verdaderamente única e independiente al norte de Florida con el objetivo de aumentar la conciencia de la comunidad y el apoyo al cine como un activo cultural y económico. We continue to accept submissions but please not your film will be submitted to the 2020 edition NOT 2019. This is due to Government elections on Madeira.

The entry fee is 30 / 40 / 50 Euros depending upon submissions date and irrespective of genre and running time. Exhibiting filmmakers will be offered 3 nights accommodation including breakfast on Madeira during the festival.

The Madeira Film Festival is non – competitive. Rather than present awards MFF offers delegates the status of ‘AMBASSADOR OF THE LAURISSILVA’ thus helping to preserve and create awareness of Madeira’s endemic Laurissilva forest.

Festival Cinema Invisible LLC, is an independent, not-for-profit venue dedicated to celebration of the Middle Eastern films that international audience may not otherwise see. It's a festival dedicated to showcase new Jazzfilm's from this century as well as known and unknown classics. The films will be screened in Cinemas and at chosen Livejazz-stages.
The Main event is taking place in February during the annual Winter Jazz Festival in Denmark and is followed by touring screens at specific chosen cinematic or musical stages in Denmark in collaboration with local partners during local Jazz Festivals.

Jiffy Louvre II: Deja la preocupación atrás (otra vez)
Tras un hiato de dos años, el Short Shorts Festival de Whitespace Gallery de Atlanta GA regresa para su séptima versión y el segundo jurado por el artista de Atlanta y director de la Welch School of Art & Design, Joe Peragine. El título, originalmente utilizado en Short Shorts 2019, es una mezcla de alto (el Louvre, el museo de los museos) y bajo (Jiffy Lube, proveedores del trabajo de lubricación de conducción cuyo lema es «dejar la preocupación atrás»). El título encapsula el amplio objetivo estético de este festival. Cualquier presupuesto, cualquier género, cualquier historia es bienvenido, siempre que nos dé un breve respiro de estos tiempos arruinados en los que vivimos. Estamos abiertos a un trabajo poco común, no narrativo y experimental.
El festival de cortometrajes de cortometrajes tendrá una proyección en directo al aire libre en Whitespace Gallery de Atlanta el sábado 17 de septiembre de 2022. Whitespace es una de las principales galerías de arte contemporáneo de Atlanta y en todo el sureste, que fomenta un entorno inmersivo de libertad de expresión, intimidad y diálogo. También se realizará una segunda proyección en directo al aire libre en el campus de la Universidad Estatal de Georgia el jueves 22 de septiembre de 2022.
Las pinturas, la escultura y la animación de Joe Peragines se han presentado en galerías, espacios de arte contemporáneo y museos de todo Estados Unidos e internacionalmente. Nacido en Jersey City, Nueva Jersey, Peragine vive con su familia en Atlanta y actualmente es director de la Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design de la Universidad Estatal de Georgia.
El Festival PSICURT está organizado por el Colegio Oficial de Psicología de Cataluña, el Ayuntamiento de Reus y el Ayuntamiento de Tarragona.

Ibizacinefest renueva su compromiso con Ibiza y la cultura mediante una programación de títulos nacionales e internacionales inéditos en la isla, estrenos exclusivos en Baleares y España, actividades dirigidas a profesionales, secciones de cortometrajes para descubrir e impulsar el talento local y balear o nuestro programa educativo con proyecciones especiales para crear nuevas audiencias.
La reflexión tendrá también su espacio a través de coloquios abiertos a la relación del cine con diversas problemáticas socioculturales actuales.
Las películas cortas vuelven a ser protagonistas de IBZCF, de nuevo como calificador a los Premios Goya 2026, Premios Forqué y Premios Fugaz, colaborando de nuevo con la European Film Academy con el programa Shortfilms on Tour.

The On-Line Festival presents films accepted into ALL categories – Drama, Comedy, Horror, Documentary, Animation and the local Three Counties competition. The On-Line Festival will be available for 3 weeks after the festival in Beeston.
The Beeston Oscar, or B’Oscar, is awarded to the best film in the following categories - Drama, Horror, Comedy, Documentary and Animation.
This year a new local competition has been created called Three Counties category, that is split into two sections: Long (up to 15 minutes); and Short (up to 5 minutes). Filmmakers from Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire ONLY with films in any genre can submit. The prize pool is amazing because we have teamed up with Matthew Martino Benevolent Fund (MMBF), a UK based international charity that supports filmmakers and actors, so as well as a B’Oscar there is
Three Counties Long - a MMBF Rising Star Award (£150 prize, mentoring plus physical award and other perks)
Three Counties Short - a MMBF Best Short Award (£50 prize and physical award).
Further prizes will be awarded for Best Director, Best Script, Best Cinematography, Best Acting Performance, Best Soundtrack & Sound Design and an Audience award, too. And, of course, there is a wonderful Best in Festival B’Oscar, too, designed by the renowned ceramic artist, Anna Collette Hunt.

La competencia Iberoamericana del FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE DE IBAGUÉ se caracterizará por seleccionar lo mejor del cine hispanoparlante, donde participaran directores, productores y realizadores profesionales o empíricos, Iberoamericanos quienes hayan realizado trabajos audiovisuales en los formatos de Ficción, Documental y experimental, cuya temática se enfoque en la narración y/o expresión de situaciones que representen las realidades de la cotidianidad Iberoamericana a través del lente cinematográfico.
Podrán participar materiales en formato cortometraje cuya extensión no exceda de los 20 minutos para corto y 100 minutos para largoMETRAJE, en esta categoría se premiara (1) cortometraje y un largometraje por categoría con el reconocimiento “MEJOR CORTOMETRAJE Y MEJOR LARGOEMTRAJE IBEROAMERICANO” premiación que constará de estatuilla y Certificado que lo acredita.
