Since its 1st edition in Barcelos in 2008, the ART&TUR Festival has effectively fulfilled its mission of making known to the world the best audiovisual productions in Portugal and in the world.
As a forum for sharing experiences, the ART&TUR Festival has achieved a high international recognition, thanks to the quality and quantity of films that it distinguishes annually, as well as its integration into a worldwide network of similar festivals: CIFFT (International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals) that annually elects the best tourism film worldwide, among all the films that travel the international circuit of 16 festivals.
From 2018, ART&TUR Film Festival rights were transferred from APTUR to Centro de Portugal Film Commission (CPFC). Associated to this change, and thanks to an agreement between the CPFC and the Regional Tourism Entity of Center of Portugal, the ART&TUR Festival will now be held in the Central Region, roaming through the various municipalities of the Center of Portugal.

The Colorado International Film Festival strives to set a standard for excellence in recognizing the important work of emerging talent and masters of the cinema craft around the world. Quite simply, it is our mission to discover and celebrate extraordinary films.
The Colorado International Film Festival is a non-traditional online film festival. Films are not physically screened for the public. Awards will be announced via our official website, targeted email blast, social media, and Internet promotional channels. It is requested, though not required, that awards won be mentioned in the promotional materials of the films being awarded. Awarded films may be displayed on our official YouTube channel and our social media pages at the discretion of the winning filmmakers.

The Oregon International Film Awards recognizes the very best in contemporary domestic and international independent cinema and screenwriting.
Loch Ness Film Festival is a small grassroots film festival run as a scottish charity by volunteers that screen entertaining shorts films that are under 15 minutes over a weekend at the end of July each year and we also host a fun guerrilla style filmmaking afternoon.
We aim to screen the best shorts we receive either from our own backyard of the Highlands in Scotland to the other side of the world from budget to no budget.
Petaluma International Film Festival® (PIFF) is an annual event showcasing independent feature and short films from around the world.
The festival is open to all film genres.

This is a short film festival for films 20 minutes or less in length.
This year, we are strongly encouraging entrants to submit a link to private YouTube or Vimeo screener not a hard-copy of the film. If you must submit a hardcopy please use a paper DVD sleeve. When packaging, protect the DVD in a padded envelope, or similar package. Please DO NOT send your dvd in a slim, jewel, or standard DVD case, they almost always break in shipping.
Please note that the ONLY difference in the early submission deadline versus the final submission deadline is the fee discount. The submission process and consideration by the Programming Committee is not affected by the date you submit your film as long as it is postmarked by our final deadline - your chances are equal regardless of the day your film makes it into our offices, as long as it is postmarked by the final deadline!
ALL films submitted to the festival are seen and scored by two or more different programmers. All films that have a higher average, or are a favorite of a programmer, go on to final deliberations. GeNerk selects its films by majority vote and nothing is offered early acceptance.
Film Submissions are non-returnable for any reason.
If a film is accepted, entrants will be solely responsible for delivering their exhibition video materials to and from the festival venue. Complete press kits will be needed as soon after notification as possible. GeNerk cannot be held liable for your exhibition print/video materials which are lost or damaged.

ワールド・プレミア・コンペティションは我が国でも類を見ないもので、アヴァンカが未発表の作家や質の高い映画の通過点になったからこそ可能になったのです。 映画祭でワールドプレミアされた作品は、応募されたカテゴリーとは無関係に、ワールド・プレミア・コンペティションにも参加します。
アヴァンカはポルトガルの映画祭で、世界で未公開映画のうち、初上映されるものの割合が最も高い映画祭です。
2010年からは、国際映画カンファレンス「AVANCA | CINEMA」を開催しており、イベリア半島の映画界で最も重要なカンファレンスとなっています。 この会議には、世界中から講演者と参加者が集まります。

The New Urbanism Film Festival is a film festival with a purpose. We want to encourage audiences to think about how they can make their cities and towns a better place. If your film addresses issues in that area, we'd like to see it.

After the screenings, audiences are invited to dialogue with leading urban thinkers about the issues raised during the movie and discuss current local projects.
The festival also offers lots of special events, workshops, tours and classes that help audiences take lessons from the film and apply them to their hometown. We strongly encourage filmmakers to attend the festival.

Curt.Doc Vidreres International Short Documentary Festival is a cultural event devoted to short documentary film making.
