Animatex is the biggest animation event in Egypt and the annual meeting point for all the animation community in the region; studios, freelancers, students, academics, amateurs and general audience. It offers a much needed window on the local and international animation scenes, through a multitude of workshops, talks, discussions, screenings, competitions, exhibitions, keynotes, networking sessions and markets. It is also the driving force of many collaborations and opportunities with international festivals and partners for the benefit of the animation industry in Egypt.

The music & film industry have an undeniable connection to California. Sometimes it's the passion, sometimes it's the vision, sometimes it's the style, and sometimes it's the sound. That is the reason for the CALIFORNIA MUSIC VIDEO AWARDS.
Entries do not need to be from a California artist, but should be music videos, films or docs from the most recent 12 months.

The Cinalfama Film Observatory is a regular cinema competition in January, April, and October.

The International “Cinema Povero” Film Festival is open to everybody: rich film-makers, poor film-makers of any gender or religion all welcome provided they have developed a beautiful, original idea on a limited budget.
In the ancient Greek myths, ambrosia is the food or drink of the Greek gods, conferring longevity or immortality upon whoever consumed it. The consumption of ambrosia was typically reserved for divine beings. In the Odyssey and the Iliad, Homer uses the word ambrosia for three things: the food of the Olympians, a salve used to treat corpses, and as a perfume to cover up the smell of uncured seal skins. Regardless of all this confusion, the word is now used metaphorically to mean anything so fragrant, so delicious that it seems divine "delightful food and drink".

Porto Femme - International Film Festival is a place for the exhibition and dissemination of multiple and diverse artistic visions. Descubierto Film Festival emerges as a meeting place between spectators and audiovisual creators of the fantasy genre.
The competitive selection of short films will be interested in bringing together works with fantasy themes with risky visual languages and innovative proposals. On the other hand, there will be a regional film show where the filmography of local authors will be exhibited. In this way, we seek to be a window for stories told from different perspectives.

Turin Underground Distribution is born.
For its 12th edition, the festival event will last 12 days, allowing more time for in-depth discussions with the authors. TUC12 will take place in a very important location for the Turin "Cinema" universe, located in the heart of the city, at the wonderful Cinema Baretti.
The 12th Torino Underground Cinefest, taking place from September 26th to October 7th, will continue this year's partnership with Sooner.de, aiming to increase the distribution of independent films it receives each year.
Films selected at Torino Underground 2025 will automatically be considered for potential distribution through Sooner. Torino Underground Distribution is an opportunity for directors to take their work to the next level. It's the real chance to distribute your film on Sooner.de and consequently on Amazon Germany and Amazon UK. In recent years, many of the films selected at TUC have been distributed by the German company with whom we have strengthened our partnership.
