Puerto Madero IFF is an online annual competition based of the technical execution of films.
All submission are evaluated on each technical category: Script, Cinematography, Sound, Acting and Direction.
At the end of each year we announced the official selection films based on their creativity and technical execution.
Our festival is ONLINE only at the moment, we are working hard to make an annual event with public screening.
All the Official Selections and Winner are posted in our Social Network with a growing audience of more than 4600 followers and also on our web site.
All Official Selection will receive laurels.
The winner film will receive a technical reviews and laurels.
ROFFEKE est prononcé « rafiki » qui est un mot swahili signifiant « ami ». « Amitié, Fun, Liberté » est la devise du RoCK 'n' ROLL Film Festival, Kenya.
Les principaux objectifs de ROFFEKE sont les suivants :
1) Présenter des films rock « n » roll locaux et internationaux et des vidéos musicales à des fins d'éducation et de divertissement.
2) Organiser des ateliers, des forums et des séminaires portant sur divers aspects de la musique rock et de l'industrie cinématographique.
3) Fournir une plate-forme pour les groupes de rock émergents et établis, locaux et internationaux.
La mission de ROFFEKE est de promouvoir la musique rock 'n' roll au Kenya en dissipant les mythes et les idées fausses du rock 'n' roll via les médias du cinéma.

So many great, short, computer animations produced by students and others that it makes the mind almost explode. AniFest is an opportunity for these beautiful short works, especially from students, to shine in the light of day in glorious Danbury, CT, USA.

Pourquoi dois-je m'inscrire ?
1. Pass festival gratuit pour tous les cinéastes qui s'inscrivent
Tous ceux qui soumettent un film à Mirror Mountain, qu'il soit sélectionné ou non, obtiennent un laissez-passer gratuit pour assister à l'intégralité du festival.
2. Inscription gratuite pour les cinéastes locaux
Les films de toute durée peuvent être soumis gratuitement s'ils ont été tournés et/ou montés dans un rayon de 125 km d'Ottawa. Cette région comprend Gatineau, Maniwaki, Mont-Tremblant, Montebello, Hawkesbury, Cornwall, Potsdam, Brockville, Smiths Falls, Perth, Renfrew, Arnprior et plus encore.
3. Inscriptions gratuites pour les anciens élèves
Si vous avez réalisé un film qui a été officiellement sélectionné pour être projeté lors d'une édition précédente de Mirror Mountain, vous pouvez vous inscrire à nouveau gratuitement.
4. Remboursement
Si votre film est officiellement sélectionné pour être projeté au festival, nous vous rembourserons les frais d'inscription initiaux.
5. Moins de restrictions
Nous n'avons aucune exigence quant à la date de première ou à la date d'achèvement. Votre film est toujours éligible même s'il a déjà été projeté dans la région d'Ottawa, s'il a déjà été distribué, a été diffusé à la télévision ou peut être visionné en ligne.
6. Nous payons les honoraires des artistes
Si votre film est officiellement sélectionné pour être projeté au festival, vous recevrez également un cachet d'artiste pour vous remercier de nous avoir laissé projeter votre œuvre.
7. Restez au courant
Après avoir inscrit votre film, vous recevrez une notification du festival confirmant que nous avons bien reçu votre candidature. Plus tard, vous recevrez une notification vous informant des résultats, que votre film ait été sélectionné ou non.
8. Récompenses pour les cinéastes gagnants
Des prix sont décernés dans plusieurs catégories une fois le festival terminé. Les gagnants reçoivent un certificat et une sélection de prix offerts par nos sponsors.
9. Qualification pour le Canadian Screen Award
Mirror Mountain est un festival officiel de qualification pour les Canadian Screen Awards, sélectionnés par l'Académie canadienne du cinéma et de la télévision.
10. Atmosphère conviviale et alternative

We are proud to present Jonas Georgakakis' "Saga of Biorn" a ferociously funny animated Nordic tale divulging the absolute truth about how one might earn the right to enter Valhalla. Then there is Javier Mrad's "Techopolis," an absolutely amazing 12min stop motion piece resembling Fritz Lang's Metropolis black and white film. This is the only show where so many entertaining films like these take the spotlight and are given full theatrical effect.
Before the "Festival of Animation" it was difficult to see independent, experimental, and foreign animation. Spike and Mike embarks on yearly world-wide film hunting expeditions. They have signed-on animation from the National Film Board of Canada, Cal Arts, Sheridan, Royal College of Art, Annecy, and select studios active amongst the art-house scene that at one time did not have a public venue. This Festival has come to be known as one of the most anticipated touring events on the circuit.
Initially, Spike and Mike produced the "Classic Festival" and later both the "Classic" and "Sick and Twisted" simultaneously- but by the early 2000s, the "Classic Festival of Animation" was phased into hiatus by the Sick and Twisted Festival (mainly featuring shorts venturing into the non sequitur e.g. "Lloyd's Lunchbox"). "The Festival" (meaning the current show) premieres a new cavalcade of adventurous films annually. Spike & Mike's "New Generation Animation" noted as the latest genre in animation, without question is now premiering the most captivating film-set of thought provoking concepts, humor, story, and daring production design in animation.
In animation, it is important to have an accurate gauge on the pulsating shifts in pop culture. Spike and Mike's content has evolved with the changing tastes of our times. The shows in their entirety have toured globally in theaters, film festivals (such as Cannes, Sundance, Annecy), college campuses, and dynamic events such as the Vans Warped Tour, the Winter X Games, and with the nu-metal band Korn.

Arlington International Film Festival (AIFF) is an award winning organization with its mission being to foster appreciation for different cultures by exploring the lives of people around the globe through independent film. In 2014 AIFF was awarded the Community Recognition Award by the Arlington Martin Luther King Committee, in 2013 the Alan McClennen Community Arts Award by the Arlington Center for the Arts and the Gold Star Award by the Massachusetts Cultural Council. The Unreal Film Festival is an annual film competition held in September in Memphis, TN. The festival accepts both short and feature length films from all over the world, but only films that fall under the horror, sci-fi, and/or fantasy film genres.

Le festival du court métrage de Prokuplje, fondé en 2011, est le plus jeune festival de films de Serbie. À Prokplje, le public peut découvrir le meilleur du documentaire, de l'expérimental, de l'animation et de la fiction du monde entier. Des milliers de films du monde entier arrivent à l'adresse du festival, comme en témoignent les nombreux spectateurs de Prokuplje, mais aussi d'autres villes de Serbie et de la région, car l'équipe organise une tournée au cours de laquelle les meilleurs films sont présentés dans plus de 30 villes. C'est pourquoi et parce que le film a été présenté aux jeunes, nous avons apporté l'œuvre avec eux, dans toutes les écoles primaires et secondaires, qui constituent un public potentiel et seront animées par la présentation de films du festival et par une discussion sur l'importance du festival. En plus de travailler avec les jeunes de Prokuplje, le ciné-club de Prokuplje est le premier à commencer à animer le public des zones rurales, qui sont totalement exclues de tous les événements, en particulier des événements culturels.
