BioBioCine, Festival Internacional de Cinema de Concepción, é uma reunião intercultural de conhecimento e sabedoria expressos através do cinema, que visa ser um espaço de diálogo e contemplação, bem como disseminar, promover, apoiar e valorizar a cinematografia nacional e internacional de um território e Identidade que é estabelecida como contexto para sua reunião anual.
O Festival Internacional BioBioCine convoca obras de todos os países e culturas para sua décima primeira versão. Seu programa inclui categorias competitivas e não competitivas de longas-metragens e curtas-metragens de ficção e não ficção, com foco no cinema de autor, novos cineastas, experimentação, diálogo intercultural e primeiras nações.
Resistance International Film Festival is regarded as one of the most prestigious international film festivals in Iran.
The goal of the Festival is to create an atmosphere of dialogue, understanding of current human sufferings, and to share experiences and new ideas.
The three-fold mission is to:
1- Create an atmosphere of dialogue by recognizing activists and filmmakers.

The International Festival of Ethnographic Film of Québec is a free festival that takes place in Montréal (March 28 to April 2,2019) and in Québec (Dates to come). FIFEQ is driven by the desire to promote ethnographic cinema to the general public. Unique in Canada, the festival aims to highlight the human being in its diversity by providing a platform for the expression of distinct individuality as well as collective and cultural identities. O Tlanchana Fest, Festival de Cinema e Arte Digital, é realizado pela Tlanchana Cultura Audiovisual AC, a fim de criar um espaço de exposição para talentos emergentes do México e do mundo, combinando elementos que promovem a criação cinematográfica em conjunto com novas mídias e arte digital.

CATEGORIAS DE FILMES
1. Competição de censura. Filmes de ficção, documentários, animação e/ou experimentação cinematográfica de qualquer lugar do mundo que tenham sido censurados devido a pressões ou interesses políticos, religiosos, corporativos, autoritários ou sociais, entre outros, ou que tenham sido vítimas de ameaças e/ou violência, seja durante sua investigação, produção ou realização, bem como em sua exibição e/ou distribuição. É um requisito essencial fornecer informações demonstráveis sobre a censura, ameaça, pressão ou violência que o filme sofreu. Duas tesouras serão premiadas, uma para cada uma das seguintes categorias:
Tesoura de Melhor Longa-Metragem Censurada (Duração: +30 minutos).
Tesoura de melhor curta-metragem censurada (duração: -30 minutos).
2. Competição internacional. Filmes de ficção, documentários, animação e/ou experimentação cinematográfica de qualquer lugar do mundo, exceto do Perú, que abordam estética e discursivamente questões de censura e/ou liberdade e expressão artísticas. Sem limite de duração.
3. Competição peruana. Filmes peruanos de ficção, documentário, animação e experimentação cinematográfica sem limite de duração que abordam formalmente e discursivamente questões políticas, sociais e culturais com liberdade criativa. Um prêmio de 1.500 soles será oferecido para o filme vencedor.
Nosso objetivo é exibir filmes que podem ser ignorados pelo circuito internacional do festival de cinema.
Temos dois grandes eventos de exibição: uma edição de Inverno e uma de Verão, realizada no LACS, no Centro de Arte de Lisboa e Studios, sede da Comunitividade dos Criadores.

History: The festival was inaugurated on March 23, 2006 by the Cypriot Minister of Education and Culture Mr Pefkios Georgiades and was held in three cities, Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia with the cooperation of K-Cineplex.
The Cyprus International Film Festival is the biggest of artistic high value independent cinema event of the whole region, spilling over Cyprus boundaries and spreading over the whole region with repercussions reaching worldwide. CYIFF is the first internationally oriented film festival which offers new and upcoming directors in multiple sectors of entertainment (such as feature films, short films, animations, music videos, dance, experimental films and video art) the opportunity to showcase their talent in front of a jury of internationally acclaimed cinema experts, directors and actors. CYIFF has a competitive section.
Films produced the last 36 months, by emerging directors are selected for the screening program.
-Women filmmakers (director and/or producer) can submit their film to compete for the Aphrodite Cinematic Award. There is no restriction regarding the production year, the genre of the film in this specific category.
