Il 19° Festival Internazionale del Cortometraggio Asiana (AISFF2021) è presentato dal Comitato Esecutivo dell'AISFF.
Il ficmonterrey è alla costante ricerca di narrazioni umane che si basino su punti di vista che emergono da un mondo in costante movimento e trasformazione, in interconnessione e innovazione per la sua selezione.
Il Festival cerca film con il potere di risiedere nella memoria collettiva del pubblico, con il potere di commuovere e creare un dialogo con loro.
Uno degli interessi principali del team organizzativo di ficmonterrey è incoraggiare nuove prospettive, coloro che sono giovani non perché sono giovani, ma perché sono freschi, per rimanere critici, per realizzarsi con l'innovazione e avventurarsi in vari rischi.
L'obiettivo generale di ficmonterrey è riunire a Nuevo León un pubblico di persona e uno virtuale in tutto il Messico, prima di una selezione di cinema contemporaneo messicano e internazionale creato da registi con visioni diverse, fresche, rischiose, critiche e innovative. Allo stesso modo, siamo interessati a fornire uno spazio di formazione che promuova l'incontro tra registi, film e pubblico; e attività che promuovano la produzione cinematografica, in particolare quella femminile e regionale.
With twenty-two years of existence, (the first edition was in 1997) AVANCA Film Festival was awarded first place in 2011 contest of the support film festivals sponsored by ICA / Ministry of Culture.
An additional thematic programming has happened over all these years, giving space to screening of significant works of contemporary cinema appropriately framed in concerns and / or well-defined objectives.
The AVANCA is known as a space for workshops led by personalities of world cinema, and being more than a "master class", has allowed a unique cinema practice. Every year we have always 6 or 7 workshops, bringing together participants from all over Europe. The media have written that this is the largest European area of professional workshops in the field of cinema.
AVANCA is the only festival that congregates a Cinema International Competition, works from the television area, video and new supports of multimedia, with a special concern of exhibit the best world productions done in each category.
Since the first edition, the festival only accepts unprecedented films in Portugal.
The World Premiere competition is unique in our country and was only possible because Avanca became a passage point of unpublished authors and movies with great quality. Films that have their world premiere in the festival, independently of the submitted category, are also participating in the World Premiere Competition.
AVANCA is the Portuguese festival with the highest percentage of worldwide unpublished movies that find here their first showing.
In 2020 Edition, Avanca will bring for the first time the VR Competition, where films in virtual reality 360°, narrative or experimental (but with no interactivity) are allowed.
Since 2010, we have organized the international film conference AVANCA | CINEMA, becoming the most important conference in the field of cinema in the Iberian Peninsula. This conference brings together speakers and participants from around the world.
Thematic exhibitions, editions of books, bibliographic presentations and various projects have marked these last 10 years of AVANCA with the quality that compels the festival and the participants obviously require.
Digital Griffix film awards changed a bit over the years and is now an IMDB listed international online awards competition taking place each three months.
Each three months our jury determines the best films in each category. Note that we do NOT screen films online or onsite. The films are screened privately by the jury. Our goal is to help filmmakers take the next step in their career. Our jury is composed of award winning filmmakers who perfectly understand the hard work put in independent filmmaking !
The Jaipur International Film Festival (JIFF) 2026 edition will be organized in New Delhi (Capital of India), instead of Jaipur, to support the Global Cinema Movement as part of the GLOBAL CINE CONFLUENCE – Delhi Film Convention & Summit 2026.

JIFF is the World's Biggest Competitive Film Festival (in fiction films).
The Jaipur International Film Festival, the world's fastest growing film festival, is held every year in January in Jaipur, India but 2026 edition will be organized in New Delhi (Capital of India).
Launched in January 2009, Jaipur International Film Festival -JIFF became expanding establishing name in organizing world film festival every year in Rajasthan.
The purpose of this film festival is to promote new movie makers, exchange of knowledge, information, ideas & culture between India & other nations in context of their social and cultural ethos. JIFF also promotes friendship and co-operation among people of the world through the medium of films & documentaries.
Though the film festivals have became a regular affair in most countries yet most of them cater only to selected audience as well as entertain the commercially successful film makers and related personalities. It is the Festival’s foremost aim to present a comprehensive review of achievements in the field of documentary film. IDFF OFF CINEMA presents documentaries in the international competition section.

La domanda su cosa si intenda con il termine «estremo» può essere compresa esaminando il contenuto della nostra vasta selezione di film fantastici. «Extreme» è spesso definito da un'estetica splatter esplicita, ma può anche essere rappresentato da metodi narrativi insoliti o da un linguaggio visivo esotico. Pertanto, stiamo selezionando meticolosamente gli esempi che potrebbero essere importanti per il futuro del genere. Non ci siamo posti limiti nella nostra ricerca e, che un film sia una perla della scena indipendente, divertente o scontato, H:LIFF ama i film speciali!
L'HARD:LINE International Film Festival non è un festival in cui la priorità è mostrare il maggior numero possibile di film, ma si concentra piuttosto sulla presentazione di alcuni esempi brillanti di tutto ciò che può essere il cinema estremo.

Cultural Association “Visione Arte” (Art Vision) presents the 11th edition “Corti in Cortile” which has recently turned into International Short Film Festival.
The festival is held in Catania, Italy- Sicily,
from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd September 2019.
The Festival wants to be a showcase for national and
international emerging independent productions. The contest is open both to Italian and foreign authors.

Cesate Short Film Fest è un concorso internazionale per cortometraggi, rivolto a registi e videomaker. Due le sezioni in concorso anche per l’ottava edizione: una dedicata ai film di fiction e una alle opere di animazione. La partecipazione è gratuita e le iscrizioni termineranno il 20 giugno.
Il festival è organizzato e promosso dall’ufficio Cultura e dalla biblioteca del Comune di Cesate, lanciato come sfida, non facile, a un territorio di provincia abituato a vivere la fagocitante vita culturale della metropoli milanese. Il festival ha raccolto consensi e partecipazioni di ottimo livello: dal 2010 a oggi sono giunti più di mille lavori, dall’Italia, dall’Europa, dagli Stati Uniti, dal Sudamerica. Abbiamo avuto come membri di giuria Maurizio Nichetti, Michelangelo Frammartino, Marco Bechis, Angela Finocchiaro, Marina Spada, Alina Marazzi, Raul Montanari, Barbara Sorrentini e altri personaggi del mondo della cultura; selezionato e premiato lavori di giovani registi o di autori esordienti, alcuni dei quali già stanno facendo parlare di sé.
Cesate Short Film Fest oltre a un concorso video che cerca talenti e nuove idee – capaci di animare con forze positive la nostra epoca – vuole essere l’occasione per offrire al pubblico, attraverso una carrellata di stili diversi e diversi punti di vista, una panoramica attenta, e nel contempo veloce, sulla continua evoluzione (o involuzione) della società, delle relazioni fra esseri umani, dei sentimenti. E inoltre, un’opportunità per osservare quanto le idee e le energie, spesso, si discostino dalle logiche della produzione cinematografica classica.
Per promuovere la cultura dell’integrazione, il Disability Pride Italia propone ai film-maker di realizzare brevi opere audiovisive sul tema della disabilità – intesa come diminuzione marcata della qualità della vita a causa di patologie e/o eventi traumatici – storytelling avvincenti diretti al grande pubblico. L’obiettivo è richiamare l’attenzione sui problemi troppo spesso ignorati delle persone disabili, tenendo presente lo slogan del Disability Pride Italia 2017 “non ti nascondere!”, rivolto sia ai disabili sia ai normodotati: ai primi per sollecitarli a chiedere a gran voce il rispetto dei loro diritti, ai secondi per sostenere queste rivendicazioni.
La consegna dei premi avverrà nel corso della manifestazione Disability Pride Italia 2017, che si svolgerà a Napoli nei giorni 7, 8 e 9 luglio.
I primi tre classificati verranno premiati con:

Held annually at Universitat Politècnica de València and different locations in the beautiful city of Valencia (Spain), the annual Screendance Meeting is a conference that includes academic papers, artist presentations and screenings. Its goals include enhancing the academic study of video-dance, fostering artistic creation of video-dance by creating a meeting point for the different creative participants, and disseminate the knowledge and appreciation of video-dance among the students and general public.
For the 4th Meeting (2017) we introduce these features:
• The field of study is open to video-dance, video-performance and video-art that uses corporal expression or choreographic techniques.
• An important focus will be given to the presentation of video-dance works by their authors, where selected participants will show and present their works and discuss them with the audience.

Siamo un festival di cortometraggi indipendente annuale con sede a Bruxelles, Belgio, dal 20 al 24 gennaio 2021. Ogni anno selezioniamo oltre 100 cortometraggi e invitiamo più di 40 registi provenienti da tutto il mondo.
Il festival è in corso da 16 anni con un crescente successo. Proiettiamo principalmente film indipendenti, non film particolarmente trash. Amiamo l'originalità e la creatività. economicità e bellezza!
L'idea di Courts Mais Trash nasce dalla mancanza di una piattaforma adeguata per cortometraggi indipendenti da proiettare.
I film che non rispettano gli standard cinematografici conservatori sono per lo più snobbati da programmatori di festival e luoghi audiovisivi legittimi. Il cestino è spesso percepito nel senso provocatorio della parola; scioccante e ugualmente alternativa, politica, economica e insolita....
Ogni categoria di film sarà proiettata, dalla sperimentazione all'animazione, attraverso videoclip e documentari. Nessun genere viene lasciato insfruttato. I pantaloncini non devono essere «spazzatura» di per sé, ma incoraggiamo il lavoro che è «là fuori», sulla cuspide dell'avanguardia e stimolante per gli interessi degli spettatori. Per evitare ogni possibile confusione: le proiezioni sono solo adulti.

Il LesGaicineMad Madrid International LGBTIAQ+ Film Festival è un festival cinematografico LGTBI+ che si svolge nei paesi di lingua spagnolo. L'edizione inaugurale si è tenuta nel 1996. Con un pubblico stimato di oltre 10.000 spettatori, è un festival molto frequentato dai membri della Comunità di Madrid ed è coperto dalla stampa spagnolo.
