Bukarest Shortcut Cinefest ist ein monatlicher Filmwettbewerb, der sich auf das internationale unabhängige Kino konzentriert. In den offiziellen BSCfest Screenings werden nur Filme gezeigt, die im Wettbewerb ausgewählt wurden.
BSCF wird eine herausragende Veranstaltung sein, bei der das Publikum neue Filme sehen, an Workshops teilnehmen und Filmemacher treffen kann.
Wir garantieren, dass eine Jury aus Filmprofis alle eingereichten Filme anschauen wird. Wir ermutigen Filmemacher, die ihre Filme mit einem niedrigen Budget kreiert haben, ihren Film bei BSCF zu betreten. Die Urteilskriterien der eingereichten Filme sind neue Ideen, experimentelle Kinematographie, talentierte Arbeit von Schauspielern und ein eigenständiger Standpunkt.
ASSERTING WOMEN'S RIGHTS ist ein Projekt, das aus dem Festival de Málaga, Mabel Lozano (Dokumentarfilmerin und Mitarbeiterin des Festivals) und dem Bereich Chancengleichheit des Stadtrats von Malaga als Protestinstrument hervorgegangen ist. Dieser Abschnitt wurde mit dem Ziel eingerichtet, Themen zu untersuchen und zu behandeln, die jedes Jahr zum sozialen Bewusstsein für Frauenrechte beitragen.
Diese Sektion des Festival de Málaga wurde 2008 ins Leben gerufen und ist derzeit ihre 18. Ausgabe. Das Projekt wurde mit einem doppelten Ziel konzipiert: Es soll über die Ungerechtigkeiten informieren, unter denen Frauen in diesem Jahrhundert immer noch leiden, nur weil sie Frauen sind, und das von Frauen geschaffene Filmarbeit zu fördern und zu unterstützen.

Fantàstik Granollers ist das Fantastik- und Horrorfilmfestival von Granollers, das seit 2012 stattfindet. Es ist zu einer einzigartigen Veranstaltung in der Stadt geworden, bei der ein kultureller Vorschlag angeboten wird, der sich ausschließlich auf Fantasy- und Horrorfilme bezieht. Neben dem Festival werden im Laufe des Jahres weitere Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Verbreitung von Fantasy- und Horrorfilmen durchgeführt.
2024 feiert das Iquique International Film Festival (Ficiqq) sein 15-jähriges Bestehen. Ficiqq ist eine einzigartige Veranstaltung in der Region Tarapacá, die zu diesem Anlass vom Audiovisual Development Fund 2024 finanziert und von SQM Yodo Nutrición Vegetal gesponsert und von Volcánica Films produziert wird.
ESPIELLO, INTERNATIONALES FESTIVAL FÜR ETHNOGRAPHISCHEN DOKUMENTARFILM, wird vom Kulturamt der Comarca de Sobrarbe (einer Institution, der 19 Rathäuser angehören) zusammen mit einer breiten Beteiligung von Nachbarn der Region organisiert, die die Ständige Kommission des Festivals bilden. Es wird im März und April in Boltaña, einer kleinen Population der Pyrenäen von Huesca (Spanien), gefeiert.

Stonefair International Film Festival is an online and live film festival, headquartered in Piatra-Neamt, Romania. Stonefair IFF is committed to supporting access to film in all of Piatra-Neamt community as well as supporting young film makers in their education.

The production and development of DocsValparaíso is leaded by the SurDocs team that produced a very important festival in the south of Chile (Puerto Varas) for more than 12 years.
The main goal of the Valparaíso festival is to become one of the leading documentary festivals of Latin America in a medium term by developing the areas of expertise of DocsBarcelona: industry and professional training.

During the festival there will be screened national and international films, workshops, laboratories, conferences and professional exchange. AFO is currently one of the most important European festivals in the area of popular science film. It aims to present science as an attractive, dynamic and diverse sector through films charting natural, humanities and social science disciplines. Each year, hundreds of documentary films and television programs enroll in the competition sections of the festival. Traditionally, renowned stations such as BBC, Discovery Channel or National Geographic submit their films. In past years, the festival introduced for example Albert Barillé, the creator of the legendary cycle series Once Upon a Time... AFO´s active programming seeks significant works in Czech and world science cinema, and present them to general as well as academic public. It focuses not only on current productions, but reviews, and revives the history of the genre in special program sections. Each year, a dominant topic brings together films and guests from all over the world, presenting science as a thrilling adventure.
The Okotoks Film Festival is a three day international festival to be held annually in the town of Okotoks. (located in Alberta, Canada just south of Calgary) We will be offering films in a wide variety of genres to reach a extensive audience.
Workshops will be run during the festival. Film makers submitting to the festival will receive 1 FREE ENTRY to any one workshop offered should they be able to attend the festival. Film makers with films chosen to screen at the festival will receive free entry to all workshops, screenings and galas during the festival.
We are looking for films in ANY GENRE for our general screenings. We also have two specialized screenings with specific genre needs. These genres are Children's short films and Experimental/Horror short films.

All submission are evaluated on each technical category: Script, Cinematography, Sound, Acting and Direction.
At the end of each year we announced the official selection films based on their creativity and technical execution.
Our festival is ONLINE only at the moment, we are working hard to make an annual event with public screening.

Animalada Sevilla’s main objective is to bring the world of animation from all areas to the public in general.Also intends to create a meeting point and discussion for fans and industry professionals, promoting the exchange of ideas, coworking between companies and producing and showing the potential of our community to the world.

Das Beispiel von Kurzfilmen von „La Cuna“ ist eine Veranstaltung, die am 15. Dezember 2019 im Teehaus „La Cuna“ von Elche (Alicante), Spanien, stattfindet. Ist zugelassen jedes Genre von Kurzfilm, mit einer maximalen Dauer von 30 Minuten.
MIFF has been established in 2010 by the Malatya Governership and organised by the Malatya Apricot Research-Develeopment and Promotion Foundation. Every year in November Festival brings together the audience with the most qualified productions throughout the world and also, besides the competition excitement it has been a full cinema week with many events for five years.
MIFF has hosted more than 2000 cinema proffessional from Turkey and abroad so far. Some of the best known guests who have been in Malatya for the festival are Nastassja Kinski (2014), Jim Stark (2013), Rade Serbedzija (2013), John Sayles (2012) Otar Iosseliani (2010).
7th Malatya International Film Festival will open its curtains for the cinegoers and residents in Malatya on 04.11.2016 by the organization of Malatya Governorate and Malatya Apricot Research, Development and Promotion Foundation. This exhausting but pleasant festival marathon will end after the Award Ceremony which will take place on the 10th November, Thursday. During the Festival, approximately 150 films - 65 feature films, together with the documentary and short films - will meet with the cinegoers. The Festival programme which is composed of the current films, as well as the last productions of the qualified film-makers and the first movies of the newly discovered young film-makers, will meet with the audiences in Malatya. The festival with its previous success on the international features and national short films competitions, has included the national features competition to its festival programme in order to provide moral and material support to the cinema sector.
