අමුතු දවසක්(AMUTHU DAWASAK) Film Festival aims to gather emerging talent not only from the Sri Lanka but also from around the world as well. We have started this international film event to allow up and coming producers, directors, writers, and everyone in between to showcase their productions. The art scene and film scene in Sri Lanka and around the world can be very daunting and seemingly impossible to get into and get involved with.

Dallas Videofest is the major event presented by the Video Association of Dallas, which is dedicated to promoting an understanding of video as a creative medium and cultural force in our society, and to supporting and advancing the work of Texas artists working in video and the electronic arts. Through its programs and information services, the Video Association intends to educate and inform artists, students, educators, critics, video and film producers and an interested public so they may better understand, appreciate and evaluate the creative possibilities of the video medium. It will also provide a forum for the work of regional video artists, in order to stimulate excellence in their work and provide the opportunity for dialogue and critical discussion.

This Festival, organised by Observatorio Sur, aims to promote the culture, history and film production of African and Afro-descendant filmmakers, as well as productions by authors of other nationalities who, through their work, offer new perspectives on the realities of Africans and Afro-descendants.We invite film directors, filmmakers, documentary makers and video artists to submit their material offering different perspectives on Africa.
The festival will be held in cinemas in August 2026 in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Neuquén (Patagonia) and Córdoba, as well as on tour.
We welcome independently produced works made in African countries or related to the African continent, its people and its diaspora.
The aim of this festival is to promote the culture, history and film production of African filmmakers, filmmakers of African descent and filmmakers of other nationalities whose works open a window onto the different realities of Africans and people of African descent.
FICAA is a space for dissemination, reflection and encounter around African cinema, conceived from its aesthetic, political, historical and cultural diversity. Based in Argentina, the festival offers a plural and critical perspective that recognises the multiplicity of film traditions on the African continent and its diasporas.

As part of the 10th anniversary of the Calibélula Festival, a special category is being launched dedicated to new forms of audiovisual creation, in which works that integrate emerging technologies into their creative process may participate.
This category seeks to explore new narratives, innovative visual languages, and experimental forms of creation aimed at children and youth audiences.
The use of Artificial Intelligence will be allowed as a creative tool within different audiovisual genres, including:

Cinema Camp Film Festival is a short film festival open to filmmakers from all over the world that has a double function: on one hand, serve as a platform for the dissemination of the short film in those places where it does not have much presence, and on the other hand, to function as an educational and formative tool, allowing the young spectators, who mostly make up their audience, to learn and draw inspiration from the visualization of the different cinematographic works.
The functioning of the festival, open to all types of audiences, is very simple: among all the short films received, a final selection will be made, which will be the one screened in the different sessions of the festival (which will take place in different Spanish cities at throughout the summer). Assistants to each of these projections will be the ones in charge of choosing their favoire short film. The short film that gets the most votes will win the Best Short Film Award of the festival.
Likewise, a specialized jury formed by professionals from the cinematographic sector will grant the different special mentions: Best Direction, Best Photography, Best Screenplay, and Best Actor/Actress.
