Szczecin Film Festival is a film event, a forum for meetings and cooperation in the field of film, directly on the Polish-German borderland. The festival is organized by the Polish OFFicyna Association, located at 3-4 Lenartowicza Street in Szczecin (71-445), Poland. The festival program is carried out in partnership with a Polish-German network of organizers, and presented in Szczecin/Poland.

The main goal of the European Competition for documentary films at Szczecin Film Festival '21 is to seek out films that broaden the concept of documentary cinema and break its stereotypical image. Each year, the competition presents several dozen carefully selected titles. The chosen documentary films are a cross-section of works that stand out against the background of tired formulae and seemingly played-out topics. Creators known by few and film veterans alike will have a chance to confront their productions with the opinions of the jury and the festival audience. Thanks to the availability of technology and the ease with which people can communicate globally, we can enjoy an innovative and exciting cinema that abolishes our prior perception of a documentary film and broadens our horizons.

The films presented at the festival are selected by a Polish-German Selection Team. Its members search for productions that cross the formal boundaries and exhibit an unconventional approach to reality – productions that are documentary trailblazers. Premieres are considered especially significant. Awards are given by an international jury, which is assembled by the organizers. Apart from film screenings, a relevant and characteristic part of the European Competition are discussions with the presented films' creators.

In its first edition, Madras Allies Film Festival is planning to be an annual celebration of the year’s best queer films from India and across the world, as well as panels and events bringing together filmmakers, movie lovers, and the LGBTQ community.

With the repealing of section #377, it's time for celebration and all hands must forward in pushing the LGBTQ community into the mainstream. What better way than with the help of cinema!!

We, at MAFF, believe that only the power of the arts allows for true identity construction. Through this festival, we want to create a safe space for dialogue and cultural exchange and for sharing, promoting self-love and the social integration of all.

MAFF is organised annually by The Jabez Kelly Project and Madras Film Screening Club.

Madras Allies Film Festival's collection of narratives, documentaries and shorts aims to portray the diverse and compelling stories from across the entire LGBTQ spectrum.

MAFF wants to give voice and visibility to the full spectrum of the LGBTQ experience by championing films, supporting storytellers, and engaging audiences in order to inspire dialogue, shift cultural bias and empower our diverse community.

Discover emerging talents, as we bring the best of queer cinema to MAFF that will not only help embrace the community into the mainstream, but it will inspire aspiring filmmakers to bring in more diversity into their stories.

By spreading messages of positive examples, Tolerance and dialogue where people can be confronted with realities close to having lived on the screen, we hope to spearhead a major fight in support of the community.

TRIBE Project brings you Through My Eyes Film Festival.

Through My Eyes is an international and Indigenous short film festival that seeks to showcase the stories of Indigenous peoples from all over the world. The festival aims to redefine the word Indigenous, originally meaning "of the land", and in doing so, create community through the understanding that we are all indigenous to somewhere. It doesn't matter if you're native to the United States, the aboriginal lands of Australia, Europe, Asia, or Africa.

Submissions need not be limited to content that explores Indigenous or Native Identity (though that is welcome). We seek radical inclusivity that embraces stories from the land you come from and the places that your ancestors once called home. From the heart of Native American actress and filmmaker, Tiger Moon, Through My Eyes is seeking submissions for LA's 4th annual Indigenous short film festival.

KFF was launched in 2013, as International Short Film Festival. From the very beginning, the essential part of our mission was to bring the audience closer to different kind of films and to provoke interest in film art, and furthermore in understanding its impacts in everyday life.

Festival is held annually during September in the city of Kraljevo (meaning "the King's Town"), where seven Serbian kings are said to have been crowned. Because of our historical heritage, we decided to name our festival “Kraljevski filmski festival”.

KFF is offering a filmmaker-friendly environment with a casual vibe, which is the reason why during the last 6 years we have had filmmakers flying in from the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Brazil, Hong Kong, Finland, France, Switzerland, Russia, Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia, Bulgaria…

In 2019, Kraljevski filmski festival had significant changes both on programming and management level by evolving to Post-production Film Festival. Our main goal besides showing great Short films will be to promote the art and craft of Post-production as well as the creative people from behind the camera. To achieve this, the KFF will invite postproduction artists from across the globe for masterclasses or workshops, and organize filmmakers meetings at KFF.

Kalonism APS, in collaboration with Fondazione L'Altra Città, Fondazione Grosseto Cultura, Municipality of Grosseto, Conad, CCN Centro Storico Grosseto, Euronics and Tiemme, organizes the third edition of the Hexagon Film Festival, an event aimed at all Italian and foreign directors and filmakers, who have made a short film or a videoclip, with the aim of giving visibility to emerging authors and promoting the short film as the artistic and expressive language of choice of contemporaneity. The festival will be held in the city of Grosseto from 9 to 11 September (for the Corti in Vetrina section) and from 16 to 18 September 2021 (for the other sections).

Hexagon Film Festival (name inspired by the hexagonal shape of Grosseto walls and the symbolism linked to the number 6) is a narrative short films festival, of a maximum duration of 20 minutes (including titles), based in the city of Grosseto, the Tuscan Maremma chief town. Direct expression of the city and the professionals that live there, Hexagon Film Festival brings the best of Italian and international short film production to the attention of the public of Grosseto, putting it on the map of film festivals.

Hexagon Film Festival, specialized in narrative cinema (by choice, in contrast with the spread of documentary style), is a contest with live screenings, divided into four sections: Tiferet (name of the sixth Sephirot of the Cabal, which indicates Beauty, Compassion, Harmonizing Principle, Glory), open to short films in live action with a free theme; Bereshit (Genesis in Hebrew, translated as "the one who created the six"), open to animated short films with a free theme; Il lato positivo/The Silver Lining, open to short films both for animation and live action, with the theme of disability; Rasenna (name of the eponym of the Etruscans ('Ρασέννας) and denomination with which the Etruscans designated themselves), open to short films produced by Tuscan filmakers or filmed in Tuscany; both for animation and live action Corti in vetrina/Shorts in Shops, an innovative way of combining cinema and commercial activities: free-technique short films and videoclips with a free theme (but with a preference for works with a low word content) projected on the windows of shops in the historic center, with a popular jury.
