Das FECIR - Rengo International Film Festival hat neunzehn Ausgaben und eine langjährige Geschichte und bietet Filmemachern aus Chile, Lateinamerika und der ganzen Welt einen Raum für die Verbreitung, Ausstellung und den Austausch von Erfahrungen und Ideen. Es fördert die Schaffung von hoher künstlerischer Qualität im Kino und in der audiovisuellen Kunst in all ihren Formen und bietet der Gemeinde Rengo, der Sechsten Region und dem Land einen Raum für die Wertschätzung, Reflexion, Kreation, Ausbildung und Freude an der Filmkunst.
BioBioCine, das Internationale Filmfestival von Concepcion, ist eine interkulturelle Sammlung von Wissen und Weisheit, die durch das Kino zum Ausdruck gebracht werden. Ziel ist es, ein Ort für Dialog und Kontemplation zu sein sowie nationale und internationale Kinematografie aus einem Gebiet zu verbreiten, zu fördern, zu unterstützen und ihr einen Wert beizumessen und Identität, die als Rahmen für ihre Jahrestagung festgelegt wurde.
Das BioBioCine International Festival ruft für seine elfte Ausgabe zu Werken aus allen Ländern und Kulturen auf. Das Programm umfasst kompetitive und nicht wettbewerbsfähige Kategorien von Spiel- und Kurzfilmen aus Spiel- und Kurzfilmen mit Schwerpunkt auf Autorenkino, neuen Filmemachern, Experimenten, interkulturellem Dialog und First Nations.
The first AfryKamera Film Festival was organized by FilmGramm Foundation in cooperation with the South African Embassy during the months of April-June 2006. It aimed to use cinematography to bring Africa to the attention of the Polish public. The 1st AfryKamera premiered in Warsaw and also ran in Krakow, Poznan, Lodz, Torun and Konin. The unbelievable media interest and good ticket sales during the first festival in 2006 confirmed our belief that Africa is a theme of immense interest to a growing number of people. Since the very 1st edition, AfryKamera has been well covered in the Polish media, which confirms the great marketing potential of such an event for Africa in general, as well as, for sponsors and patrons.
As it stands AfryKamera is the first African Film Festival in Central and Eastern Europe as well as the largest African-themed event in Poland and the wider region.
AfryKamera has managed to occupy a niche in the film festival market – although there are many international film festivals, they generally show a limited range of African films. AfryKamera is therefore the only festival in Poland dedicated purely to films from the continent. In the past few years the festival has decided to explore new avenues not only in the art of cinematography, but also in the presentation of African art, music, and culture.
The main events of the African Film Festival AfryKamera take place in Warsaw, Poland, traditionally in either Kino Luna or Kinoteka, the capital city's premier arthouse cinemas. The event in 2018 will last 10 days and presents 15-25 full length features and documentaries as well as some 20 short films from around the continent and from the African diapora. The key motto of the festival is "Made in Africa", as the focus is put on the quality of moviemaking on the continent and the enhanced capacity to make world-class movies.
CALLING
Der Verein „Le Ali di Icaro“, eine Organisation für kulturelle und soziale Förderung mit Sitz im Valdarno von Arezzo, organisiert die siebte Ausgabe des Filmfestivals Wag, die im Dezember 2019 in Terranuova Bracciolini (AR) im Auditorium "Le Fornaci“ (Via Vittorio Veneto 19) stattfinden wird.
THEMA
In diesem Jahr ist die Eigenschaft d'union der Projektionsabende das Thema „Die Begegnung“, verstanden in seinen vielfältigen Bedeutungen: „Begegnung“ als der Beginn einer Beziehung zwischen Menschen, die, zwangsläufig, entwickeln ihre Beziehung wächst zusammen; „Begegnung“ als Teilung von Kulturen, mit welche geografischen und ethnischen Barrieren überwunden werden, um ein gemeinsames Ziel zu erreichen; „Treffen“, schließlich, als Ankunftspunkt, das ultimative Ziel einer kreativen Reise im Laufe der Zeit gereift.
Jeder Regisseur des Festivals wird die Möglichkeit haben, seine persönliche „Begegnung“ mit dem Publikum von Le Fornaci zu teilen, was ein Wendepunkt in seiner Filmkarriere oder allgemein im Leben sein kann.
Nach dem außerordentlichen Erfolg für sechs Ausgaben verschönerte die Jugendjury, bestehend aus Jungen und Mädchen, den Wettbewerb des Wag Film Festivals.
Mädchen (18-30 Jahre alt) entsprechend aus den Schulen, Institutionen und Verbänden des Territoriums für ihr persönliches Interesse und Leidenschaft für das Kino ausgewählt. Die Jugend-Jury wird für die Betrachtung der Filme im Wettbewerb verantwortlich sein, um die Gewinner zu vergeben und die Preise während der Abschlussnacht zu vergeben.
Submissions for the 14th Festival delle Terre – International Audiovisual Award of Biodiversity - are now open. Centro Internazionale Crocevia is pleased to announce that the 14th edition of Festival delle Terre will take place in the wonderful location of Cinema Trevi, in Rome from 30 November to 3 December 2017. The Festival will be held in partnership with the National Film Library.
The Festival showcases each year in the two main section (in competition – out of competition) a wide selection of documentaries, animation and investigation movies. The purpose of the event is to give voice to farmers, local communities, indigenous and people who fight for land’s rights all around the world. The festival promote through the documentary a better understanding of the following issues: biodiversity, indigenous people, land’s rights, contemporary migrations, food sovereignty.
Das Internationale Filmfestival „La Picasa“ findet am 20., 21., 22. und 23. März 2025 in der Stadt Cinco Saltos (Río Negro, Argentinien) statt. Das Festival wird vom Picasa Team, sozialen Organisationen in der Region und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Provinz Río Negro organisiert. Die Programmierung obliegt dem künstlerischen Leiter Ivan Iannamico mit der allgemeinen Produktion von Noelia Fuentes.
In order to spread the work of film students, creating audiovisual workshops in public high schools and promote the screening of short films among the general public, we present the film festival "FECIN. From school to school. Film School Fest". In its second edition, we call on all directors they are regular students or carry a maximum of two years of graduates in any film school and / or audiovisual communication in chilean territory, to submit their short films and participate in the shows scheduled between 20 and 24 November 2017 at the University of Santiago, Cineteca University of Chile, House culture Violeta Parra and "Sala K" in Santiago. "FECIN. From school to school. Film School Fest"is a non-profit activity, free of charge which is funded by Council for Culture and the Arts, through FONDART call 2016. No prizes or awards are granted, the aim of the exhibition is to open spaces for work of students from film schools can reach a wider audience and to value the short film format.

1981 beschlossen André ABET und die Stadt Cabestany, das First Encounter Short Film Festival of Cabestany zu veranstalten. Es ist wirklich eine Begegnung, mehr als ein Festival, denn alles ist darauf ausgerichtet, den Austausch zwischen Publikum und Regisseuren zu fördern, wie die zahlreichen „verre de l'amitié“ (Freundschaftsanstoßen), die nach jeder Vorstellung angeboten werden. An dieser internationalen Veranstaltung können Animations-, Dokumentar-, Experimental-, Fiktions-, Musikclips und Reportagen mit einer maximalen Länge von 30 Minuten und französischen Untertiteln teilnehmen.
FEMCINE wurde gegründet, um die Arbeit von Filmemacherinnen zu entdecken und zu unterstützen und Filme mit geschlechtsspezifischen Themen einem breiteren Publikum zugänglich zu machen. FEMCINE lädt Regisseurinnen aus Chile und dem Rest der Welt ein, an einer der drei Wettbewerbskategorien teilzunehmen: Internationaler Langfilmwettbewerb, Internationaler Kurzfilmwettbewerb und Kurzfilmwettbewerb der Chilenischen Filmschule.
Spello ist ein wunderbares altes mittelalterliches Dorf mit erstaunlicher Geschichte, Kunst, Tradition, Natur, Essen und Wein in der wunderschönen italienischen Region Umbrien.
Spello liegt im Zentrum des italienischen Gebietes zwischen Florenz, Perugia und Rom.
... ein Film ist zu Ende und alle stehen auf, um den Vorführraum zu verlassen, aber der Filmabspann wird immer noch gezeigt, und dabei wird die enorme Arbeit der Profis übersehen, die mit Leidenschaft und Professionalität zur Entstehung des Films beigetragen haben. Wie viel harte Arbeit und Opferbereitschaft waren damit verbunden? Wer sind diese Leute hinter den Kulissen?
Aus diesem Grund wurde 2012 das „Festival del Cinema Città di Spello ed I Borghi Umbri“ — „RASSEGNA CONCORSO LE PROFESSIONI DEL CINEMA“ gegründet, das den Profis hinter den Kulissen des Kinos gewidmet ist:

The Student World Awards has one objective : seek and spot the best student movie talents from everywhere, then screen their films and show how much raw talent today gets to compete with professional industry levels.
Our first edition took place on May 5, in the Echo Park Film Center, right on Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles.
The festival turns trimestrial. Each 3-months edition will end with its finalists and winners, which will be notified by the end of the 3 months, and receive their certificate awards.
Then for the annual screening, all the winners for August, November, and February will go to the annual competition ending with the annual screening event in Los Angeles. No additive fee, you have nothing to do : we keep you posted.

OUR DIFFERENCE
Most of the festivals have a student category to submit, lots of them have student special fees and waivers. But we think this is not enough.
This is why we created a festival dedicated to the student artists. Because it's a special time in your lives that you need to build on.
The film schools, the education the youngsters have, the society of images we live in today pushed a whole new generation to another level of creativity.
Young directors and student crews today are using different technologies than Peter Jackson or Steven Spielberg when they were kids, and maybe they are making different movies. But what students shoot today, most of the time is pretty astonishing. They break the ceiling of what the « student » expectations are.
To get that, you just need to attend some screenings, and to pay attention to certain festivals that screen a selection of student films or films made by students.
But the Student World Awards is 100% dedicated to students. Clear and simple.
14. Ausgabe des Internationalen Filmfestivals für Kinder und Jugendliche „AnifestroZafa“ am 13.-16. November 2023 in Shkodra, Albanien.
Die internationale Jury des Festivals ManifestroZafa2023 wird in Zusammenarbeit mit der European Children's Film Association ECFA gegründet.
Die Bewertung der künstlerischen Werte erfolgt durch eine internationale Jury und eine Sonderjury, bestehend aus 23 Kindern im Alter von 8 bis 12 Jahren.
In der Auswahl wird der Siegerfilm „ECFA Award“ bekannt gegeben, der als Konkurrent zu den BERLIN-Festspielen im Februar 2024 geht.
Filme, die an der 14. Ausgabe des Internationalen Filmfestivals für Kinder und Jugendliche teilnehmen sollen, müssen nach dem 1. Juni 2021 produziert worden sein.

Die Wettbewerber werden darüber informiert, dass die Online-Registrierung auf der Grundlage der Verordnung am 10. Dezember 2022 beginnt, - Zahlung von 20 Euro
Studentenfilme - Zahlung von 12 Euro
Ein Kurzfilm, der nicht länger als 15 Minuten ist, wird akzeptiert.
Es gibt keine Einschränkungen für die Anzahl der Filme, die Sie aufnehmen.

We aim to provide quality entertainment with social awareness, offering a bright and sensitive look at the world of work.
The works to be competed must tell stories related to the world of work and of the workers and their lives.
By way of example, below are four important themes and pillars from which to consider the ‘labour’ theme.
PEOPLE
Life stories where the protagonists are the workers themselves. Stories about their lives and their dreams told through intimate stories that show the contribution of each individual to their work or a project related to work and/or their place in the society to which they belong.
EDUCATION
Training contributes to improving quality of work and quality of life. Contents designed to educate that are entertaining and/or innovative formats that highlight education as a fundamental piece of individual progression in society as a whole.
INDUSTRY
The industry is the meeting place between technological and human resources. In this axis the role of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial activity, scientific and technological advances, participation of the state, the union role and human capital are evidenced. The development of industry as a path to the future of work.
SOCIAL DIMENSION
A fundamental pillar in the construction of a country, is that we understand the social aspect as the basis upon which better societies must be built. Issues such as solidarity, environmental awareness, sustainability and the care of the planet in which we live in, fundamental rights in the workplace, gender equality, inclusion, child labour, forced labour migrant labour, disability and work, and social protection among other issues.
These are all valid themes to apply for the contest.
Der Cortomontagna-Preis ist ausschließlich Kurzfilmen gewidmet.
Das Hauptthema des Preises ist das Leben in den Bergen, erzählt und dokumentiert in einem Video, das die Sichtweise und Interpretation des Autors zum Ausdruck bringt.
Mögliche Interpretationen des Hauptthemas können von der Erzählung sportlicher Aktivitäten (zum Beispiel Skifahren, Klettern, Wandern) über naturalistische Umweltthemen bis hin zu Fakten und Lebensgeschichten von Gemeinden oder Berggebieten reichen.
Jeder kann an diesem Wettbewerb teilnehmen.
TODOS SOMOS DIFERENTES (WIR SIND ALLE UNTERSCHIEDLICH) ist als internationales Filmfestival konzipiert, das audiovisuelle Werke sichtbar machen will, die sich mit Themen im Zusammenhang mit verschiedenen Arten von Behinderungen sowie mit den Rechten von Menschen mit Behinderungen wie Chancengleichheit, soziale Eingliederung, Teilhabe und Barrierefreiheit befassen. In dieser siebten Ausgabe werden aufgrund des globalen Gesundheitsnotstands sowohl das Festival als auch die verschiedenen Aktivitäten virtuell stattfinden.
Ebenso soll die Teilnahme von Organisationen von und für Menschen mit Behinderungen und Bildungseinrichtungen, Künstlern, Arbeitern in der audiovisuellen Welt und Personen, die an der Entwicklung von Filmen interessiert sind, die sich mit diesen Themen befassen, verbessert und gefördert werden.
